We had a fabulous time at the beach!! The townhouse was perfect for 7 of us. I was super impressed with the kitchen…it literally had everything we needed for cooking! The pictures posted on the site do not do it justice. Lots of room and super comfortable. Beautiful views! We will definitely be back.
This home was exactly as listed. It was clean and very well-stocked. Port St. Joe is a nice little touristy town with much smaller crowds and fare. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time on the beach. We would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful home. We enjoyed a relaxing family vacation. Not a lot of “touristy” stuff to do immediately out the door, but just a short drive away. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone.
This townhome was absolutely beautiful! The view of the ocean was incredible, right on the beach, and the beach was not crowded at all! The home came fully stocked with everything you can think of! Fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels and beach towels. The furniture in the house was super comfortable, the beds were comfortable and the master bed was comfortable with a huge tv to watch. The house was just so homey I couldn’t believe it. The host was Fantastic!!!!! She was super friendly, quick to answer, abs she just helped make our stay as comfortable as she could! I definitely recommend this home! One of our favorite places for sure! Also, the food trucks right across the street were fantastic! And very convenient!!
Although my family has been vacationing in this area for over 25 years, this is the first time we stayed in a condo versus a single family home, and so we were a little nervous. However, the home was set up in such a way that provided privacy for us and the neighbors. The condo is truly beachfront, and the boardwalk takes you right to the sand. Inside, the decor was tasteful and inviting. Everything felt fresh and updated, and the unit was as clean as a whistle! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need for meal prep and clean up. There were plenty of extra linens and towels - even beach towels. The master suite was especially nice with its own private deck and en suite. The location was close to grocery stores and other retail shopping. The owner was responsive and professional. A difficult issue arose which was 100% my fault and 0% her fault. Nevertheless, she handled the situation with understanding, reasonableness, compassion, and patience. Clearly, these owners have gone out of their way to ensure that guests have a great vacation experience! You really can’t go wrong with this one!
The overall stay was fine. The house was clean and was in a good location on the beach. I don’t feel the description, pictures, or amenities were very accurate. In order to use the firepit we had to weed the entire area. The walking trail to the beach was overgrown also. Pictures showed a grill on the deck. The grill was a small charcoal grill in the fire pit area. We also had to clean the area to access that. The grill was propped up with rocks, not very stable. Listing said parking for three cars. No way. We had two trucks and barely fit. The outdoor shower head was also broke. As far as the inside it was pretty clean. There was no game room/games. The main complaints about the inside would be some ants in the kitchen and ice maker did not work. Probably would not book again.

Sorry you felt like your stay was subpar. We have been here since you left & would like to address your comments. 1.The ice maker was not broken. The ice maker was not working when we arrived BUT when we inspected it someone one had put small ice packs on the top shelf which would not let the bin engage. 2.There is growth in the sand around the fire pit. We are restricted in putting chemicals down. We do pull them from time to time but we had not had time to come down this year and the other guest have never mentioned it.3.The pathway to the beach is 10ft from the boardwalk to the beach. That part is technically part of the sand dune and federally protected and subjected to a fine if “weeded”. There is only one pathway cleared on the beach & it was done by folks who were fined.
4.We did have a grill but one of the guest destroyed it. We purchased a charcoal grill and had it installed. It rest on pole that is 5ft in the ground. It turns so you can position it against the wind. It had only been up a month & I hadn’t been down to take a new picture. It will be updated shortly.
5 There is certainly parking for 3 vehicles. One vehicle under the townhouse, one directly behind that then one in front of the air conditioner. No one has ever had any trouble parking. I will add a picture of parking so people will have a full view of how to park.
6. Have used the outdoor shower everyday. Works fine.7.You are the first guest in 3 yrs mentioning ants. 8.Games are kept under TV.
We had a wonderful stay—the unit is even nicer than the photos. Everything was very comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. We had the perfect spot right on the beach and would definitely stay here again. There was plenty of space for two trucks with small kayak trailers, four kayaks, and all of our fishing gear. The outdoor staging area made it much easier to keep sand out of the house, especially with teenagers. The path to the water is a bit narrow, but we were still able to get all of our equipment down without any issues. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all of our questions.
