Coastal Cabin is a dream home. Everything is bright, airy and new. There’s no question from the moment you arrive that you'll be taken away by the amazing gulf views and the most beautiful sunsets - right from your doorstep. A totally open floor plan with beautiful, beach chic decor will immediately make you feel relaxed and at home. We can’t wait for you to visit this little slice of paradise.

The home is equipped with high speed cable WiFi, phone and cable. There is an LED Smart TV in every bedroom and in the main living space. And, the view! You'll step out onto the new huge Trex deck with a beautiful view of the gulf. Just a few steps down and your toes are in the soft white sands.

A room full of beach gear is included in your rental: beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, snorkels, shovels and toys for kids! The gear can be found in a storage room on the terrace level.

TERRACE LEVEL
When you arrive, you will find the open terrace level on the ground level where you will enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean, plenty of seating, parking and secure storage. Relax on the couches, sit on the porch swing with the sand practically at your feet. There is an amazing outdoor hot/cold outdoor shower, which is perfect to cool off after a day at the beach. There is room for 4 parked vehicles, two of which are covered spots.

MAIN LEVEL
The main level of the home includes the living, dining, kitchen, master and guest bedrooms and baths. The living room has tons of seating for the whole family, including three sofas and two additional chairs. There’s a 60" Smart LED TV. The dining room has a solid wood farmhouse table with 9 seats, and 4 more stools at the kitchen bar.

The kitchen has been fully remodeled with a chef hood and beautiful tile backsplash. There are new granite counters with a farmhouse sink. The cabinets are packed with everything you could possibly need. There is also a pantry that has a microwave oven, InstaPot, and griddle with all other open space to fill it with all your grocery needs. There’s a customized coffee and tea bar equipped with a 12 cup coffee maker, Keurig and a turntable to keep your Keurig cups stored. Under the bar is a compact refrigerator to keep all your bottled beverages ice cold. The kitchen is stocked with all the gadgets you need for a great family vacation home.

The Master suite has a gulf view with a king foam mattress, foam pillows and coastal decor. There is a 55" Smart TV. The master bath features a custom tiled walk in rain shower. Bathrooms will be stocked with basic amenities for you to use upon arrival. A hair dryer is made available for our guests.

The guest bedroom with an ocean view has a queen size bed foam mattress. There is a 50" flat screen Smart TV. The second bathroom is updated with a custom double sink vanity and custom shower tub. Additionally, there is a stacked Whirlpool washer and dryer in a closet in the hallway on the main level.

UPPER LEVEL
The upper level offers a nautical inspired space for kids and adults alike. With two sets of bunks, and a pull out futon, there is plenty of room to sleep and spread out to play games on the Xbox one or have competitions on the two arcade consoles. There is a full bathroom with shower and tub attached to the bedroom.

Coastal Cabin is part of a gulf duplex with no shared space.
