We stayed at the house for 5 nights for purposes of visiting horse farms and the racetrack. Location was perfect. Short drives to lots of restaurants and even some within walking distance. House was clean and comfortable and having one bedroom upstairs provided extra privacy. Jim was very responsive to our questions both before and during our stay.

We had a great stay here. The house was clean and spacious. Being able to use the garage was very convenient. The fenced in backyard is a bonus for pet owners. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Jim our host was prompt and cordial. Everything was perfect!!

Kitchen was well supplied, dishes, flatware and most any type of pots, pans and cooking utensils one might need. The table expanded to seat eight, living area was comfortable. So nice to have Christmas with all our family. Pet friendly is a plus, back yard is fenced. Three bedrooms all had their own bathroom. Very nice place to stay.

This home was everything we expected! The host was very easy to communicate with when needed.The parking was fine for us this trip, but it might be a good idea to include the amount of parking space available with all listings, as at other times we have had up to three crew cab dually pickup trucks to accommodate. We were able to use the garage of this lovely home for one vehicle, but the large trucks would not have fit in it. Our one crew cab half ton pickup barely fit in the driveway, it blocked a bit of the sidewalk. Not complaining at all, just an observation.
