Lovely Audubon Cottage is available for rent for select weeks this summer. Fabulous lake and sunset views. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located on the northern side of Lake Monomonac with a great screened in porch, direct lake access, canoe and kayak included. The house sleeps 6 (1 Queen; 2 twins in each of 2 bedrooms) with 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is updated with new appliances. Washer and dryer are included. The property has a Large yard for summer lawn games and an easy boat launch. Your place for swimming, fishing, boating and just plain relaxing!
