Welcome to Mulberry House, your cozy and stylish home base in Fredericksburg! Our thoughtfully designed living room features chic furnishings and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Each of the three bedrooms is outfitted with hand-selected beds to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The home offers a true sense of comfort—whether you're enjoying a homemade meal, curling up on the couch, or stargazing in the backyard. Speaking of the outdoors, our newly upgraded backyard is now a private oasis, complete with louvered pergolas, a soothing hot tub, and a privacy fence for ultimate relaxation.

The kitchen is fully stocked with high-end cookware and plenty of space for preparing meals. You'll also find a washer and dryer for added convenience. The clean, renovated bathroom includes a walk-in shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring the Texas Hill Country.

Hello guests! We hope you're excited to stay with us. Just a friendly reminder that you'll have access to the entire home during your stay, with the exception of a utility closet off the living room and a storage cabinet in the laundry room. These areas are off-limits for a few personal belongings. If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

You can always expect responses from us during waking hours. If there is a dire emergency please contact local authorities first to make sure they can assist you as soon as possible.

Hello guests! Just a quick note to let you know, our property is 0.8 miles from Main Street. You can easily drive to parking on Main Street if needed.

There are two driveway parking spaces available for you to use during your stay. Additionally, there are additional parking spaces available on the street if needed.
