Our charming home offers comfortable living spaces, a full kitchen, living room, and rec room with a ping pong table. Recently updated with modern amenities, it's the perfect spot to unwind. Conveniently located between Spokane and Spokane Valley, book your stay today and experience the comfort of home in this unique location.

The entire home and 2 car garage. Parking available for 4+ vehicles.

Great location close to Spokane Fair and Expo Center

We stayed here for the Junior Livestock Show, and the location was fantastic. It is close to restaurants, grocery, and the Spokane Fair and Expo Center. The kids loved playing ping pong.

Women's basketball retreat

The was perfect for what we needed. The bedrooms are spaced out, the living room is very comfortable, the kitchen functions well. The ping pong table is a bonus. Easy access to the highway

Very happy with property

We had a party of 6 adults and the house was a great size to accommodate us! There is a ping pong table that we had a lot of fun playing with. There is a large living room and kitchen. The house is very conveniently located in Spokane valley. We would definitely stay here again!

Quick sports trip

This place was perfect for a quick weekend of volleyball. The house was spacious & very clean. My kids loved the ping pong table, too. It was stocked with plenty of essentials as well. Jeff was very communicative & answered questions quickly. This property has easy access to freeway, Costco, coffee & grocery stores. Being 10 minutes from the convention center was perfect, too. I’d recommend this property.

Great spot, great house

Coworker and I over working at the hospital and a couple other locations. It was perfect place right in between everything from the valley to downtown. House had everything we needed. Clean and beds were great. Owner was spot on with communication. Definitely going to look for this place on our next trip over

Fun Ping-Pong and Immaculate Linens

The property was spotless and well set up for our group of 10. It seemed to be the best house on the block which made us a little leary about the neighborhood. But we experienced no problems and enjoyed our stay.
