Upstairs Bedroom #2: has one queen bed with memory foam mattress. There is a 46 inch SMART TV in the bedroom as well. Bedside table has a lamp with an additional outlet and USB plug in. Bedroom has blackout curtains and a ceiling fan.

Upstairs Bedroom #3: has one queen bed with memory foam mattress, a twin size bed, and a large walk in closet. Bedroom has a 65 inch Smart TV, DVD player, and an Apple TV. Bedroom also has a leather rocking recliner chair. Room also has a ceiling fan and blackout curtains. Bedside table has a lamp with an outlet and USB plug in.

Upstairs Bedroom #4: has one queen bed with memory foam mattress, a large walk in closet, and blackout curtains. There is a desk and computer chair for a dedicated work space. Bedside table has a lamp with an outlet and USB plug in and room has a ceiling fan.

BATHROOMS:

Bathroom #1: Main floor bathroom accessed off the entry way hallway. Has a toilet and sink. Also has a step stool for children to use to access sink.
Bathroom #2: Bathroom accessed from bedroom #1. Has a sink and toilet and shower and a hairdryer.
Bathroom #3: Upstairs bathroom accessed off the hallway. Has tub, shower, toilet, and sink. Also has a hairdryer and first aid kit.

All bathrooms have hand soap, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, and special makeup washcloths. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion is also provided.

Bathrooms are equipped with Kleenex, toilet paper, and bathroom spray. There is a hair dryer and a stool for kids to use to wash their hands.

The spacious dining room has a large table that comfortably seats 8 people. The living room has a 65 inch Smart TV with LG internet channels and an XBOX One to play video games and play Blu-Ray DVDs. Leather couch and love seat reclines. There are 3 end tables and each end table has outlets and USB plug ins built in. The living room has a ceiling fan as well. Coffee table has storage with games and toys.

KITCHEN:

The spacious kitchen has quartz countertops, a stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, garbage disposal, stainless steel dishwasher, a Samsung glass top stove and oven with convection option, and microwave with microhood. There is a motion sensor garbage can and dedicated recycling bins. The kitchen is fully stocked with what you need and has a coffee and tea bar for that perfect start to your morning.
