Located on a private gated island, Villa Coquina is just a 7-minute drive to the beach, where you can rent chairs and umbrellas, and 10–15 minutes from Whole Foods and Publix. Explore Miami’s best attractions within a 15–20 minute drive, including MIA Airport, Design District, South Beach, Wynwood, and Bal Harbour.

The main guest must be at least 25 years old and sign a rental agreement upon booking.

This is the most incredible property. It is better than the pictures! And the location is perfect—close to grocery stores, downtown Miami, and south beach. Also, the rooms are decorated so beautifully and they are huge. 10/10!

Property is as described and lovely. We had a wonderful, relaxing week. This home has generous comfy hang out spaces and a fabulous kitchen. Management had this house well equipped with hair dryers, ice, towels etc. The furnishings were very much our style so we felt right at home. Cannot wait to visit again.

Our family stayed at the property for 5 days over Thanksgiving. The house was beautiful - looked just like the pictures - and was very clean. We really enjoyed spending time on the deck and in the heated pool. The kitchen was amazing and the bedrooms/en suite bathrooms were large and very comfortable. Check in/check out was easy. Our family had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this property.

Miami Get-Away

This was the perfect house for our family to be together for our winter get-away. We loved that each of our adult children had their own bathroom in their bedrooms. The living space was large enough for all of us to be together to eat and play games and for the grandchildren to play freely. And we loved the outdoor space as it was roomy to all eat outdoors and the heated pool was the best. We appreciated all of the dishes and glassware in the kitchen, which made meals so much easier to enjoy there. We would definitely use this property again if we are in the Miami area.

The property is absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations in every way. Check in and check out were quick and easy. High end furnishings and linens. Enormous bedrooms and living spaces. Excellent air conditioning. Pool is heated to 90 degrees. It’s more like a thermal spa, which we loved! Neighborhood is a fabulous quiet oasis in the middle of a busy noisy city. Loved everything about this VRBO.

Great House

The house was really impressive. The large open space on the lower level was perfect for accommodating a party of our size (6). Plenty of space. Every bedroom had it own bathroom, which was a big reason we had selected this property. The master bedroom/suite was massive, so if you’re booking this place make sure you tell them it was such a lengthy process to find a good house, so your friends will let you stay in it. The gated community was in a perfect location to easily get to south beach.

Wonderful Experience

The house is as advertised. Its very nice, the pool stays heated to 90 degrees. The property is clean has surround sound inside and on the pool deck. Management is responsive, coordinating with them was easy and I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. I'm a very peculiar traveler where I do not like to sleep everywhere or stay at certain places so this passed my test. Very spacious. It accommodated my party of 10 easily. Its in an gated community. The security at the gate could be more thorough but overall the experience was wonderful. I'm likely going to rent this place again. The beds were comfortable, large refrigerator, they had family and card games. One of the best experiences I've had with my family.

The Perfect Pad

The house is now my dream house. I cant say enough good things about this house and property. It housed all 8 of my guest and I very comfortably. I was pleasantly surprised at how big the house and the pool really where compared to the photos. Its location can not be beat. Its a quick drive to everything from food to fun. The property worker we met with Maria is a class act and very professional. I would recommend this house to the queen of England. 5 Stars all around.

Gorgeous house

This home is beautifully done. Appears to be new construction. The owners have excellent taste and the decor is stunning. The beds are comfy and the linens are top notch. The pool is beautiful and heated! Lots of great space for a group - fun pool table, outdoor space to hang out. Nice grill outside and a nice kitchen inside. Two kinds of coffee makers and a truly impressive refrigerator. Really nice spot. There is a house being built right next door. It seems like it’s just a father and son team, so it’s not too distracting - but we wish we had been aware of it. Still, it didn’t really impact us too much. The house is in a gated community- which is good, because the neighborhood just outside is so-so. But it’s a convenient 25 minute drive to South Beach, shopping, botanical gardens and more. It’s a really beautiful house. I would stay here again.

Had an amazing time staying here with my friends. Everyone was blown away by the property and would definitely come here again. Everything about the property was amazing. My only recommendation is to have some throw blankets! It got a little chilly during a movie night and we didn't have any blankets to cuddle up with

"The pictures don't do it justice" is an understatement!

Really one of the best homes I've ever stayed in. Everything was above and beyond. Would recommend this 1000x over. Just one note, if you plan on hanging by the pool, bring some bug spray, mosquitos don't play around in Miami.
