I will address each issue separately. First I am surprised to hear that I the owner was difficult to correspond with since my phone # and email is always accessible and I check it on average 10 times a day. Second, the floor and the entire apt had been cleaned hours prior to the guests arrival. If something was overlooked and not to the liking of the guests, I encouraged them to contact me and we would resolve the issues immediately. We have track lights throughout the apt on dimmers that the guests can operate and they are more than adequate to illuminate the entire space. The shower is a normal small size and not 2x2 because a 2x2 shower base does not exist. This is NYC and we don't have the size of bathrooms that one would find in the mid west. The beds are one year old. There are two Queen beds and one double bed. All are fine quality. The back yard had been mowed although we don't spray it. I would like to reiterate that we are always available to take care of our guests. But If they indicate that everything is going well when they are there, we cannot assume that there are problems that need to be addressed. The Marijuana smell did come in through the next door's neighbor because they were celebrating a birthday. This has nothing to do with our accommodation. Our unit is clean and welcoming and we have returning customers since 2008.
