• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues.

Exactly as Advertised

I’ve stayed in this neighborhood before and this trip a smaller apartment was needed. So I knew the area was safe and walkable. Bus to Port Authority was so easy! Apartment was exactly as advertised. Perfectly appointed and spotless. We laughed after a day exploring NYC coming home to our ‘base’. We knew we have four flights of stairs to climb. I’d stay there again and would work with Claudia in a heartbeat ~ very responsive and reachable.

This one bedroom, 4th floor walk up was perfect for our needs. We only used it for sleeping and showers. It is conveniently located to restaurants and transportation. We would book it again.

Pleasant handy stay..

The apt was clean, well stocked and cute. The Fourth floor walk up had sounded daunting, but was no problem. Claudia, the owner, was easy to contact via Messenger, and was very helpful—she quickly replaced a coffee pot which had seemingly been broken by a previous tenant. The place is a few blocks from several bus lines running into New York City in 20-30 minutes.

My husband and I came to New York to attend our nieces graduation. Looking for lodging we came across this Airbnb. The place had no previous reviews so I was a bit leery about staying the 4 nights. And no elevator made it scarier. But once in the apartment it was totally awesome!!! It is very cozy and clean. All the amenities needed are provided I surely recommend this property. Plus I had several conversations with the owner and she was very helpful. Thank you Claudia!!!
