The space
Located at the end of a cul-de-sac just minutes from the beach is this newly renovated four bedroom, three and one half bath home and cottage with all the amenities! Backing onto a farm reserve ensures real privacy while you enjoy the over sized (25'x40') gunite pool and separate hot tub. The house is set on an acre surrounded by mature trees and a flower-filled landscape.

The main house is an upside down configuration: Upstairs the Chef's kitchen includes a counter seating, two sinks, modern decor, stainless-steel appliances and high end cook and dishware for your entertaining. Enjoy outdoor dining from the upstairs deck with views to the pool and gorgeous perennial garden. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room, a wood burning stone fireplace and baby grand piano. Hi-speed wireless Internet and central air-conditioning are throughout the home.

Downstairs are three bedrooms and two and one half baths. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, skylights, and is complete with en-suite spa bathroom including steam shower, double sinks and deep tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which has bunk beds and a private patio. There is also a den downstairs, with a flat screen TV and books to enjoy, which leads out to the patio and pool. In the cottage there is a bedroom, a 2nd L.R. with big TV and a yoga studio plus a full bathroom. The cottage has central air-conditioning throughout.

Under the 100-year old weeping willow is gracious wicker and teak furniture on the red brick patio surrounding the pool. Outdoor lighting makes the evening a perfect retreat for grilling and entertaining guests. In the shed you will find bikes for your trips to the local farm stands or for biking to the beach! A basketball net is at the foot of the driveway and the back yard is great for football games. Wander around the garden and lounge in bucolic seating areas. This is a lovely retreat, perfect for a summer getaway!

Guests have full run of the house. There is a one closet we use to store our personal belongings.
