The house is located in a Beautiful, Welcoming Neighborhood of East Hampton (Springs Private Community) with Access to Private Beach and Heated Salt In-Ground Pool.

The House is located 15 Minutes drive to Main Town, Main Street + Shopping Center.
20 Min Drive to Montauk as well as Sag Harbor.
15 Min Walk to Farmers Markets (Every Saturday 9am-1pm May- October)

High speed internet throughout entire property with multiple work zones (2 Work Desks, 1 in pool house - perfect to work outdoors and 1 work Desk in Living Room)

4 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms in upper level and 2 bedrooms in lower level.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a full 3 piece bathroom. The master suite comes with a Samsung smart TV that has premium cable and access to any streaming services. The room next to the master suite has a full size bed with access to common bathroom (The bathroom has a spa whirlpool tub.) The bedrooms downstairs both have 2 queen size beds. One room has a bunk bed with a queen size mattress on the bottom and a full size mattress on top. Both rooms have access to common bathroom in lower floor. The common bathroom in lower floor is a full 3 piece bathroom with stand up shower.

There are Two Living Rooms that are very spacious (one on each floor) and have Fireplaces that can be used all year round! Both Living Room couches have two queen sized sofa beds in case you need a little extra space! The living room upstairs has a 65" Sony-Bravia Smart TV and the Living Room in lower floor has a Samsung Smart TV; both TVs have access to any streaming service you need (Netflix, Disney+, Paramount+, HULU, Amazon Prime and Premium Cable Box TV)

Final propane tally to be calculated at the end of your stay. In order to fire up the pool heater, a deposit is needed in advance.

Amazing house in an amazing location!

We really enjoyed our stay! Erika was super responsive and always there when we had a question. The house was great for a big group and the backyard space makes the experience even better. Perfect location! Close to shopping and a quick drive to Montauk.

Perfect weekend getaway

Had such a wonderful stay- the house is relaxing, gorgeous, clean, & well stocked. Erika was available to answer any questions promptly. The location is perfect, central to vineyards, farm stands, the beach, and restaurants. The pool was stunning, although It rained the entire wknd- we still had such a lovely time.

Lovely East Hampton Getaway

The house is lovely. Lots of room for all 7 of us to sleep and socialize. The landscaping and pool are gorgeous. The kitchen is easy to use and stocked with a solid assortment of pots/pans/utensils so we could easily prepare meals. No shortage of towels so everyone could swim, hot tub and shower.

Overall the host was very responsive and the house was lovely in a great location! Close to the beach and town. We were a little disappointed at the state of the pool when we arrived. It was clear it hadn’t been cleaned and the lounge chairs near the pool were full of leaves and bugs, stains, we had to use a broom to clean the chairs and pool area ourselves before we could enjoy the day. There was also a strong odor in the downstairs part of the house (smelt like mildew) - it was manageable but definitely noticeable. All in all, it was still a great stay but expected more for the price we paid.

Beautiful Property

We enjoyed our stay at the Bohemian Retreat. We had everything we needed and the heated salt water pool was so much fun. The lush landscape was incredibly beautiful. The deer were just wandering around the neighborhood like they owned it! Erika was great and very responsive. If we ever have the chance to visit the Hamptons again, we would definitely stay here.

Inside home very nice, clean and well decorated. Unfortunately when we arrived pool motor was being repaired and pool was very cloudy and dirty. Outdoor furniture very dirty. Jacuzzi sits on a deck that is rotting and has holes in it. Very disappointed we could not use outdoor amenities as described.

Fabulous relaxing House at Springs

Such a lovely house for our family to stay during our vacation in the Hampton’s in a quiet neighbourhood. The house was fantastic, very clean throughout and very well appointed .All the bedding, towels and quality feel was 10/10 with a/c in every room if needed. Erika was really great from our initial enquiries, checking in and reaching out during our stay. We used pool, jacuzzi and BBQ everyday so a perfect combination for a really relaxing stay. There are some nice restaurants near by ( Springs Tavern) within 1.5miles from the house and a lovely deli ‘ Damarks’ would recommend too . All in all a real 5 star experience . Thank you 😊

Great House for Large Group

Our group of all adults had a lovely weekend in East Hampton. The house was comfortable for all, with four bedrooms and an additional room with a pullout couch. We also enjoyed the outdoor area with a pool, hot tub, and barbecue. The house itself is about a 15 minute drive from the main strip of East Hampton. The host provided us a list of rules ahead of time of what not to do, but there were no directions in the house of what to do — for example, how to open the pool, where to find the beach pass, what to do with trash and recycling, etc. which meant we had to keep messaging with questions. The house would greatly benefit from a guide with instructions, especially considering how many rules there were to follow. Our group had a great weekend but found it frustrating that we kept having to message the host.Would recommend the house and hopefully there’s a guest guide moving forward!

Mini Oasis

The house was warm and inviting and in immaculate condition. The kids loves spending their mornings in the salt water pool then the beach in the afternoon. Looking forward to coming back.

Lovely home in East Hampton

The property was very nice and clean. It easily slept 5 while the yard and pool were perfect for outdoor games and relaxation. With the heat this summer having a nice pool area was especially welcome. Erika was extremely communicative and friendly. Will come back next summer if it's available.

The place is very quite and family friendly. Very close to the private beach. We’re quite a little bit disappointed cuz the pool is not done yet, hope the next time we’ll gonna rent the place it’s done already. We’ve had a great time. Highly recommended.
