Laundry facilities and a powder room are off of the sunny kitchen, with a large island that facilitates entertaining, plenty of dishes and glassware. The Dining room is off or the kitchen and living room, with the Weber grill just outside. The Living room boasts a baby grand piano, fireplace, game table and comfortable seating. Each bedroom sleeps 2, the house is 10 years old and very nicely appointed. Hall bathroom for the two guests room, ensuite bath w jacuzzi for principle suite.
