The Chocolate Gulch hiking trailhead is within walking distance right at the end of the street and endless options for winter recreation can be found within minutes of the cabin. Galena is just 16 miles up the road and the extraordinary scenery of the Lake District offers an easy day trip from the home.

No matter the season, you'll be able to relax at home in complete comfort thanks to thoughtfully furnished indoor and outdoor features.

Enjoy the views through the large living room window or head out to the spacious, covered patio for some fresh alpine air. There's a gorgeous gas fireplace inside and a wood-burning firepit outside for your choice of toasty home gatherings.

The full kitchen features a suite of updated appliances, plus all the cookware and utensils you'll need to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. A collection of classic games and a smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
