We had three guys to fly fish the many great rivers and Tim's place suited our needs perfectly. It was actually a short walk to some of our favorite spots on the Salmon River, and an easy drive to the Chateaugay, Marble, Trout, Little Salmon, and Great Chazy rivers. The cabin was clean, modern, and perfectly fit out with everything we needed. Tim was a prompt communicator and even offered some valuable fly fishing advice. We would recommend the property without reservations.
Perfect stay for our family. The house is small, cozy and private. The house has everything you need. The internet works great. The river is the most relaxing thing you will ever hear! The porch in the morning drinking our coffee was our favorite spot.
Amazing stay! Owner was kind enough to stay up and wait for our text to ensure we arrived safely at the cabin at 1 AM during bad weather. Cabin was clean, and everything picturesque.

Thanks for being great guests! Welcome back anytime.
This was the perfect cabin. It met all our needs, fishing, relaxation, and space for our dogs. Very private and the view of the river every morning made it the best place to disconnect. This will be our go to cabin in the future.
So beautiful! When we were not fishing we relaxed on the porch watching the water with our cups of coffee. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Modern comforts in the peace of nature, could not ask for more!
Place was amazing! My boys and I(19&24 yr olds) had a great time! Place had everything we needed and some! It was very clean and tidy. It was relaxing and peaceful. We caught some rainbow trout early morning and had a crane visit every morning! Hiked nearby Cascade Mountain for some amazing views of the high peaks... As well as a few rounds of golf in Malone. Hope to return again.
Could not have asked for a more idyllic setting for our family gathering. Cabin was very well stocked. Loved the inviting fire pit and firewood provided as all my siblings gathered for the first time in over 6 years
This little cabin was so very peaceful. You can really relax and unwind. The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. If you are any kind of fly fisherman or just want to enjoy peace and quiet, I highly recommend this place. We hope to go back again soon.

The fishing cabin was just what we needed for a peaceful long weekend! It was very clean and stocked with everything you could need. We spent a lot of time just enjoying the outdoors sitting on the porch. It was great to be able to grill out and have a fire. We did a little finishing and managed to catch a couple rainbow trout! The property is very private and Tim was great with communication. Our dog was able to come too which was a huge bonus. We loved all the fishing gear, decor, and books around the cabin. We will definitely be back!
What a gem and I am so glad I found this place and so excited that i get to write the first review. It is exactly how it is described but even better. It was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed and it had everything anyone would need. If not it was just a shot drive to town. I was there for 6 days to relax but I wish i had learned to fly fish. If this is something you enjoy doing you cant find a better cabin or location. NOW! FOR ME, THE MOST INCREDIBLE THING WAS THE PORCH. OMG! IT WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. EVERYDAY FROM MORN TILL DUSK I SAT WITH A HOT CUP OF TEA, READING MY BOOK ALL THE WHILE LISTENING TO THE SOUNDS OF THE RIVER RUSHING BY JUST A FEW FEET IN FRONT OF ME. YES, I COULD ALMOST STEP OFF THE PORCH AND INTO THE RIVER BUT WHO WOULKD WANT TO DO THAT WHEN THERE ARE THE MOST WONDERFUL ROCKING CHAIRS TO SIT ON. OH, THOSE ROCKING CHAIS. THEY WERE THE BEST PART AND THIS JUST TOOK IT PAST A 5 STAR RATING. ALSO, DON’T LET THE LACK OF WI-FI, CELL SEVIVE OR TV DISCOURAGE YOU. AFTER ALL THE RIVER BELOW WILL DEFINITELY KEEP YOU COMPANY. I HATED TO LEAVE BUT I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK NEXT YEAR. TRUST ME., WHETHER YOU FLY FISH OR JUST WANT TO RELAX THIS IS THE BEST PLACE EVER…….
