This tiny house is perfect for a couple, a family who wants to get away and enjoy nature or the area attractions. Plenty of room in the parking area to park your ATV or snowmobiles.
Far from "rustic" in this modern cabin, it is furnished with quality furniture, linens, plush bath rugs, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. While lounging in the living room, enjoy two large picture windows overlooking the forest and mountains. Ready for year-round enjoyment as you savor the mountain views. Venture outside for a true escape on the spacious deck with grill and outdoor seating. Hit the slopes or trails and then come back and relax under the stars in the hot tub. There is a beautiful fire pit with authentic Adirondack seating. A short hike will take you to our newly built observation deck, perfect for wildlife watching, from birds to beavers!
Location, Location, Location…In the heart of the Adirondack mountains, the cabin is close to snow mobile/ATV trails, 5 minutes to Titus Mountain Ski Resort, 12 miles to DeBar Mountain and 15 minutes to Malone Golf Club, the finest golf facility in Northern New York, Southern Quebec, and Ontario. 36 Championship golf holes designed by golf legend Robert Trent Jones.
To the south, Adirondack park and the large Deer River State Forest. Within 50 minutes from Saranac Lake, an additional 15 minutes to Lake Placid and its Olympic venues; over an hour and you are at Whiteface Mountain.
To the north, we are within 2 hours driving time to both Montreal and Ottawa.

There is an additional cabin on the property. There is a chance that the other cabin may be occupied during your stay. In this case, the trails, observation deck and parking area are shared spaces. The orientation of the cabins still allows for privacy.
