Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom rowhouse in the heart of Columbia Heights, one of the most vibrant and exciting neighborhoods in D.C. Perfect for families, groups of friends, or corporate travelers, this beautifully restored historic home offers plenty of space, comfort, and charm.

Just a short walk away (7 min), is the Columbia/Petworth Metro station which provides easy access to all the major sights and attractions in Washington, D.C.

The Space:
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and welcoming living room, dining room, featuring high ceilings, hardwood floors, and plenty of natural light.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up your favorite meals, with all the appliances and cookware you need to whip up a feast.

The home features three cozy and comfortable bedrooms, each with its own unique character and decor. The master bedroom features a 2 queen-sized beds and an en-suite bathroom, while the other bedrooms also offer queen size beds. All bedrooms come with fresh linens, towels, and plenty of closet space.

Great day for a family event

My youngest son Got engaged and many other family members stayed in this wonderful place. There was plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would stay there again.

DC Sightseeing HQ

The place was perfect. Less than 10 min walk to the Metro which would get us right into the heart of DC every day! Lots of space for 2 families of 4, and a kitchen to make meals when we didn’t feel like eating out. Owner was incredibly responsive to my quick questions and very accommodating for our arrival and departure. We had a great time and can’t wait to return!

Fantastic place to stay for a family! Was close to metro and subway. We decided to just take a Lyft everyday into the city, prices ranged from 22-32 each way depending on time of day (this was for an XL Lyft for party of 6 people). House was clean and well taken care of. The host was available and ALWAYS returned our text message in a timely manner which was so impressive.

Wonderful Warder House!!!

The host/manager was wonderful to us. We were able to check in early. This made traveling with our puppy a lot easier. We really appreciated the extra thoughtful ness! Upon arrival, everything was exceptional. Check-in was easy. The walk to Metro every morning did not take long at all. The house has everything you need. Also appreciated the great Internet connection. We really appreciated finding a spotless home!! Awesome stay!!
