Ground level end of building 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium that sleeps five. Close to skiing, golf, and hiking. Approx 12 miles from Government Camp. Full kitchen, small patio, fireplace, with laundry in unit. Located next to the Resort at the Mountain in Welches, overlooking the golf course. Quiet complex not for loud parties. No pets. Non-smoking. Message us for other dates or longer term stays.

Clean and comfortable

This property was clean and comfortable. The beds were great and the kitchen adequate. The location was nice as there is a grocery store, coffee shop and several restaurants near. The TV in one room would only play DVD's and the TV in the other room did not work at all. It did not impact our enjoyment of the place but was an initial disappointment for our children. The TV in the living room worked. The host responded quickly to questions and we had no problems. I gave the accuracy of the listing a 4 star because it listed a hot tub as an amenity and there was no hot tub. I do believe the host fixed that issue in the listing right away and that it was an honest mistake. I would recommend this property and this host again.

Smooth stay at a cool location

The property is conveniently located in Welches at the base of Mt. Hood. The place was kept very clean on the inside and located right next to a public golf course. The hosts were very courteous. We had an illness scare with our child befoer the trip and considered canceling. The hosts offerred a future credit for half of the stay but we eventually made it.
