Villa Capperi - Very Private Villa with Pool for Full Relax

With a welcoming southern Mediterranean style and feel to it, the Villa provides all the comforts one may look for and is perfect for a peaceful time out: 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room accomodate up to 8; a fully equipped kitchen; 2 bathrooms with showers, as well as an outdoor shower by the pool; a typical Italian barbecue in the garden, and various outdoor seating areas. The Villa is very private. Does not have any neighbour and the relax feeling felt there is unmatched.

Surrounded by the region's famous olive groves, the property has ample beautiful spots: take a refreshing dip in the large pool, read a book, hang out and relax, whether pool side or in the shade of the vast garden boasting almond and citrus trees, lavender and luscious herb bushes. Take it to the roof - practice yoga at sunrise or enjoy an aperitivo at sunset on the spacious rooftop, whilst taking in the views over the beautiful countryside around and pool and garden below.

The Villa comes with the best WiFi in the region, Starlink, allowing for multiple connections and streams at the same time. Perfect for working from home or any other use.

Explore the surroundings: Situated on a very calm country road, invites for bike rides and peaceful evening walks. The beach is a mere 15 minute / 5km bike ride away, downhill through the olive olive groves! The seaside can also easily be reached by car with amazing beaches nearby, such as Oasi Naturale di Torre Guaceto or other "blue flag" beaches.The towns of Carovigno and San Vito dei Normanni, just 5 minutes away by car, offer all amenities in terms of local shops and supermarkets.

pool nirvana

we had a great time in villa Capperi and the gorgeous pool was just a part of our experience - local property managers, Silvana and Antonio were very helpful and ready to help us any time. The house is so clean and welcoming from every corner, ideally located for both the sea and sightseeing lovers. For those coming by bigger car the last few hundred meters takes you to a narrow paved road, can be tricky first time, but you will get used to that soon :-). Thnak you, Silvana, it was one of the best holiday ever.

ottima esperienza

la villa è in una posizione eccellente per raggiunrere le spiaggie di Torre guaceto, i meravigliosi paesi della valle d'Itria e per godersi la quiete degli ulivi. La casa è spaziosa, isolata e consente di vivere egregiamente tutti gli spazi a disposizione. Particolare eccelente la piscina decisamente fuoiri standard rispetto a soluzioni analoghe, lunga e profonda, curata e immersa in un giardino super curato. Il sig. Antonio è stato sempre disponibile a fornire consigli e risolvere piccoli e insignificanti problemi. Scelta ottima!
