This dazzling, ski-in/ski-out four-bedroom residence offers exceptional sleeping capacity (sleeps 12) as well as a great room with a wood-burning fireplace, custom beam work and hardwood flooring; a magnificent chef’s kitchen outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances, a wine refrigerator and eat-in island for five; plus a dining table for eight+. Additional features include four guest suites, each with an attached bathroom (primary has a king size bed, fireplace and soaker tub, secondary has a king size bed, third suite is a bunkroom with two sets of twin-over-twin beds, fourth suite is two qeen beds) a laundry room, ceiling fans throughout, a private terrace (with BBQ), and garage parking.



Guests will appreciate The Charter’s outstanding location and on-site amenities including: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness facility, two restaurants, Charter Sports, a full-service ski, snowboard and bike shop, the game room and fire pit. Complimentary shuttle service to/from Beaver Creek, Vail and Bachelor Gulch is also available.

Perfect for what we needed.

Very nice building, unit, amenities and very convenient. Have been to Beaver Creek many times but first time here and will likely try to stay here again in future.

Excellent location only a 10 minute walk from the Beaver Creek Village center. The property is as described. The only downsides are: 1) the building is confusing to navigate, but after a day you got the hang of it. (The unit was on LL floor.) 2) the stove had a trouble and the complex employee couldn’t get a burner working. 3) there are no basic supplies - salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar, etc. Bring all food supplies you may need. You are starting from scratch.

While we provide a starter set of essentials and cookware, we don't stock pantry items like cooking oil, spices, or sugar, and your feedback helps future guests know what to expect.
