Este hermoso condominio de Highlands Townhome se encuentra en Beaver Creek Village, con excelente acceso a las pistas de esquí. Nuestros huéspedes pueden experimentar la privacidad de estar escondidos del ajetreo y el bullicio de la aldea, al mismo tiempo que disfrutan de un acceso de entrada y salida de esquí al telesilla Centennial desde el patio trasero de la casa.

Esta hermosa propiedad, que puede alojar cómodamente hasta 10 personas, se divide en dos niveles. El nivel inferior incluye una cocina moderna y totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito, techos abovedados, chimenea de leña, lavandería, sala de esquí y estacionamiento en superficie.

Para garantizar la máxima privacidad, todas las habitaciones se encuentran en el piso superior de la propiedad. La configuración del dormitorio es la siguiente:

We loved the house and location for our ski trip! The house was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The convenience of skiing off the back porch was awesome, as well as being close to the pool & hot tubs. We used the concierge service for advice and booking our extras during our stay, which was also helpful. We would love to stay here again!

Concierge was great. Always available and gave great advice. Loved the wood-burning fireplace with plenty of wood to burn all week. Walk out the door and you are on the slope. Easy hill perfect for getting kids down to the lift.

Beautiful home. Well equipped. Clean. Close to town. Very comfortable. Grandkids loved the pool and easy hikes right out the back door. Check in and communication was fantastic. We will be back.

Great Ski In Ski Out

Slope runs right behind the property for easy in and out. Close enough for a quick drive or ski to the village. Town of Avon just a 5 minute drive.

Very cozy ski in and out.

Overall great! Just had a little problem with the online photo of master bath not being up to date so I had to call the manager about that but she arranged a fast fix. Also, I did have to buy some fire kindling and a new stick lighter. The one that was provided was out and the matches were not sufficient to light a fire, especially without the kindling.

Summer in the mountains

We spent the month of July staying in this beautiful townhome and couldn’t recommend it more. This was truly our home away from home and it was perfect for our family of 5. We also had some guests visit throughout the month and had plenty of room for them. The location was within walking distance of the village, hiking/biking trails and the beaver creek tennis center. The pool and hot tubs were right outside our back door which the kids used almost daily! The townhouse itself was very updated and comfortable and the weekly housecleaning was an added bonus that was very appreciated. The concierge service that comes with the rental is amazing as well! I was able to call/text with any questions and always received a quick response. The only thing I would recommend is updating the furniture on the back patio with something a bit more comfortable. Being there in the summer, we wanted to spend as much time outside as possible and the back patio furniture was sparse and not very comfortable. We truly had the best family vacation filled with so many great memories and we hope to return to this townhome again! Thank you so much!
