Excellant ammenities but would recommend ice trays we forgot to buy ice to bring with. Beds a little hard but very clean and presentation very nice. John was very responsive on any issues we had.

The house stunk of cigarette smoke and Marijuana when we arrived. It was not clean, and the host has been incredibly rude. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Comfy, modern place for the price! Overall, about what we expected for the cost. A few things could use improvement though. The cleaners seemed to miss some areas — there were cobwebs in the bathroom along with popcorn, cereal, and toys left on the living room floor. The Keurig didn’t work during our stay, and while the dishwasher cleaned the dishes, it left a residue and could probably use rinse aid. There was also 1 in quarters provided for the dryer, but it wasn’t enough to dry the one load I did.I had messaged John about checking in 15 minutes early and never heard back. However, when I reached out the next day about the Keurig and cleaning concerns, he responded the same day.Nice neighborhood, excellent value.

Clean, great communication, pics looked way betrer than real life.

Overall a good stay. The property was clean and mostly updated, but the home was very old. The foundation was slanted so much that items would roll off the table quickly and you could feel the slant when walking through the house.

It was dark when we arrived and the porch light wasn’t on so we couldn’t see to get in house. The house had a distant, unpleasant smell to it. The kitchen was not clean…particularly the cupboards. I had to wash a pot and silverware before using as they had food in them.

Host was excellent with quick communication! Appreciated all of the little details in the house such as USB charging ports and additional outlets next to the beds, kitchen well stocked, and the beds were comfortable!! Host had additional books, toys, and other stuff for children which was a bonus! Only two negatives was the house did smell of stale cigarette smoke which was a disappointment and paying for the dryer. Listing mentioned quarters were included; however, we were there with a family of 5 and had to do several loads of laundry. And there was only 4 quarters for one load of laundry. Quiet neighborhood and close to Mayo Clinic!

Nice quiet working class neighborhood. Walked my dog several times a day without concern. Downstairs renters very friendly. Comfortable beds. Toys for children. Spacious. Not far from Mayo. Wooded area behind house. Deer walk around. You’re in town but also feels like you’re in country.
