Wonderful Spot

A total gem!

My husband and I were over-the-top happy with the boutique. It was a wonderful stay on a cul-de-sac right near a delish coffee/bagel place. We met the nice owner of this amazing space that she meticulously and beautifully decorated. It will be our go-to place from now on!

The cleanest rental we have ever stayed at with easy outdoor parking. It is a nice size and set up with the kitchen equipment we needed for a six-night stay. Enjoyed the table out back as well. Highly recommend!

Clean home and charming neighborhood

The place was spotless and Krystal was super welcoming and clear with our communications. The neighborhood has lots of cute old homes and is convenient to a few restaurants, including Giordano's Chicago style pizza and a local ice cream place. We'd totally stay again.

This home was one our absolute favorites of all time. Beautiful neighborhood, beautiful home, exceptionally clean, super safe, & host was so accommodating. Location was great as it was close to a green line and quiet at night. We are definitely looking to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great Basic Place

A friend and I stayed here to go to a concert in a nearby park. It was very clean and the host was very friendly, communicative, and accommodating. The space is exactly as pictured, and the beds are decently comfortable with lots of pillows.

Lovely home in great location

Property is very clean, convenient and surprisingly large. Owner lives on site in duplex and is very accessibly. Large back yard and shared laundry. Very safe and secure. Would definity book again next time in Chicago.
