Free Parking! Gorgeous sunporch with beautiful and spacious backyard. This modern unit is updated with SS appliances and washer and dryer. Two living room spaces are great for entertaining, central air and heat; located on a quiet cul-de-sac! Smoking is strongly prohibited for all guests. The linen fee is waived/reimbursed as long as the house rule of placing all used linen in the bathroom with used towels, is followed. I love providing guests with a very clean, accommodating, and cozy stay!

Perfect Accommodations!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Chic Boutique! Location was fantastic - lovely, safe neighborhood. Parking was great - that was an area of concern for us but the quiet cul de sac was perfect with plenty of places to park. The house/apartment itself was perfect for us. Beautiful, well appointed yet comfortable - it had everything we needed and more. Quiet at night, too! We especially loved The Daly Bagel nearby. Highly recommend!

Stellar Stay

This home was one our absolute favorites of all time. Beautiful neighborhood, beautiful home, exceptionally clean, super safe, & host was so accommodating. Location was great as it was close to a green line and quiet at night. We are definitely looking to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Lovely Home

This property is even nicer than the photos. The house is well maintained. The beds are comfortable, and the house has central A/C, which isn't always easy to find in this areas. More importantly, the owner is a clear communicator. She made the the process very easy. This is a nice house on a cute, quiet street. I highly recommend it.
