This is a great pool home located on the South side of town. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a bonus room. The dual sided fireplace goes both to the living room as well as the master bedroom. The master has a King bed, standalone shower as well as a nice soaking tub and dual sinks with a large walk-in shower. The open floor plan is great for entertaining with plenty of seating on the couches and chairs. There is also counter top seating around the kitchen bar. It has a nice size dining room and a large pantry. The 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms have Queen beds and the Bonus Room has full/full bunk bed. The outside has a nice covered patio with plenty of seating for entertaining, BBQ's and enjoying your morning coffee. The refreshing pool has a large Malibu step with an umbrella for relaxing and enjoying our beautiful Arizona weather. The pool doess NOT HEAT! Garage NOT available. Apple TV and Internet streaming. WiFi included for your entertainment! Cameras for Security purposes only. (doorbell/back patio). All rentals 30+ days, the renter is responsible for any Electric over $150 per month. NO PETS.
