Welcome to this vibrant and stylish mid-century modern inspired home in Casa Mira South! This 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom vacation rental offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and experience with a game area and a massage chair that everyone can enjoy!

Step inside to find a cozy living room with a 54” TV – great Wi-Fi is available so you can stream all your favorite shows. The kitchen is fully equipped to make delicious meals at any time of day or night. We have a rice cooker, 4 burner gas range with oven, microwave, 2 door refrigerator, electric kettle for your coffee and a popcorn maker great to go with watching movies. The large dining table seats up to 6 people.

Enjoy hours of entertainment in the game area which includes an arcade machine and junior pool table. Unwind after a long day in the massage chair located in the master bedroom - bliss!

Each bedroom has its own special design theme, while walls display beautiful mural paintings. All the bedrooms and living area are airconditioned to keep you comfortable during your stay and the full bath upstairs comes with a shower with heater.

The 3 bedrooms sleeps 6 but can accommodate up to 8 pax with additional fee. The additional 7th - 8th guest may be sleeping on the floor. We can provide sleeping bags or mattresses upon request.

HOUSE RULES:
• No additional guests other than what's submitted
• Strictly shoes off policy
• No smoking inside the unit/balcony. You may smoke in the garage area
• No Laundry powder when using the washing machine, please only use liquid detergent.
• No loud music during quiet hours
• No hanging of clothes in the balcony
• Do not drain oil in the sink. Please put it in a plastic bag after letting it cool down. Help us prevent plumbing problems.
• Please leave the trash bags by the doorstep outside/garage
• Retro Arcade Machine acceptable coins are: Php 1.00 (5 mins), Php 5.00 (25 mins), Php 10.00 (30 mins)

During Your Stay
- We are available to chat until 10PM and answer all your inquiries. Let us know if you need anything during your stay. Please allow us within 2 hours to complete your in-person requests. In-person assistance is only available 9am-6pm local time.

As soon as your reservation is confirmed, you'll be given an access code that you can use to get in and out of the smart door. You never have to worry about forgetting your keys. Self-check in is by default unless you request to meet one of our managers for additional in-person request. You don't have to wait for us. Check in at your own convenience.

There is a parking area on the property. You can choose to use the parking space or the space in front of the house.

Our CCTV is only installed in the garage facing the road. You will be seen in the CCTV if you are in the garage. Please do not book with us if you are not comfortable having this in the garage. There are no other cameras inside the house and the camera alerts in the garage is turned off during your stay.

The swimming pool isn't available on Mondays for cleaning and maintenance but there is a beach resort just across the subdivision. We do offer 5 free amenity passes for the use of swimming pool during your entire stay. If you need additional passes, those could be purchased from the main office.
