Our priority is to make this place feel like a home away from home and that our guests feel comfortable, safe, and at peace. Have some time to unwind after a long day relaxing on our wide, cozy hammock, gather with friends and family with some outdoor seating, or shoot some hoops while the sun sets. Enjoy your days worry-free as the littles get their energy out in a fully fenced back yard with toys, balls, and a slide that is attached to the deck.


This cozy, tri-level home is the perfect place for a getaway with families traveling with children and groups of friends! We are conveniently located just minutes away from the airport and town in a safe, quiet neighborhood and a centralized location to explore surrounding areas such as Leavenworth, Chelan, Mission Ridge, and the Gorge Amphitheater.

Unwind after a long day of travel in our relaxing, private back yard where you will find a large hammock, outdoor seating, a basketball hoop, slide connecting to the deck, and a large, fully fenced back yard. Sip on your favorite drink on an outdoor rocking chair as the sun sets and the littles release their energy. For rainy days or indoor entertainment you can hang out in our game room where you will find something for all ages!

We stayed here for a weekend for my kid's tournment. Very impressed with this place! Clean and plenty of amenities! Backyard was awesome, especially the slide and my kids loved the game room. Cozy family friendly home

We were in town for a softball tournament. The fields were 5 minutes away, which was nice. Our stay started with a very warm, personalized greeting and goodie basket! The house was perfect for our family, with all the toys for my 2 year old to play with. Very clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with the AC the last night, but the host was very responsive. We were very happy with our stay, and wished it would have been longer.

This house was perfect for our family stay of seven adults, a 3-year old, and a 9-month old. Lots of room, the game room was perfect for kids, and there were even toys appropriate for the baby. The amenities and well stocked cabinets were a nice surprise. Communication was prompt and friendly…we couldn’t have asked for more. The back yard looked to have even more fun stuff, but we sadly did not have time to enjoy it. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Family Thanksgiving gathering

My husband and I are from Seattle and booked this lovely place so we could host our in town family's Thanksgiving dinner. The house was perfect! Lots of space for everyone to hang out and enjoy each others company. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The game room was a huge hit with our grandson and the adult kids, too. The house is toddler safe with cupboard locks and gates to block the stairs. And, there are lots of toys and other infant/toddler amenities provided. Our 1 1/2 year old granddaughter wore herself out playing with all the toys! I hope we will be able to book this place again next summer to take advantage of the big, fun backyard with our grandkids. Thank you for a comfortable, stress free stay!

Awesome Family Place

We were a group of 6 adults from Spokane and the Issaquah area attending a Celebration of Life in Wenatchee. The home was perfect and actually could have accommodated at least 2 or even 3 more people. Very cozy feel when we walked in. The check-in process was simple. A code on the door. The kitchen was very well stocked as if it were a working family home. The water and snacks on the counter when we arrive were a nice touch. The coffee pod for the Keurig were also great! We were all adults but I noticed that there was a whole closet full of items for babies such as a pack and play, high chair, baby bath, etc. The 2 car garage is converted to an amazing play room for adults and children with Foosball, a small pool table, lots of kids playschool type items. We played cornhole in the backyard. The seating area outside was lovely and I think someone even got in the hammock! We were so pleased with our stay and definitely stay again if we were in the area. Anayssa was super responsive. Thank you!

Why they chose this property

This home is the perfect distance from everything. Only 5 minutes from the airport and town. It's a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are very respectful and kind. We would take evening walks every afternoon as a family and loved taking different routes. Stargazing at night from the trampoline and hammock and watching sunsets from the front yard are a must.

What makes this property unique

There's such a happy and peaceful vibe this house gives. Hence the name, "Cozy Place". Our back yard is definitely a favorite. The large hammock available for guests, large yard and basketball hoop make this a perfect place to hang out and enjoy each others' company. There are so many added details, we truly care about our guests and want to make sure this is a memorable place for them.

We have three children of our own and know how challenging it can be to travel with littles so we have done so much to really make this a place where families of all ages can enjoy. From the game room, to the outdoors, and providing additional amenities for infants/toddlers.
