This beautiful 2 bedrooms apartment is located in an entirely renovated building with fresh atmosphere. It has 2 spacious bedrooms with their own modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony and a cozy living room with natural light.

The Neighborhood:

The neighbors tend to run, take their pets for a walk, sit down to have an ice cream, watch the sunsets or read the newspaper. The park was the entrance to the disappeared Hippodrome of the Countess, since the Hacienda de la Condesa was located there, a prosperous property of the Countess of Miravalle where herds were raised, corn and magueyes were planted.

Great location and lovely apartment. The southern facing windows make it hot and noisy over the street. There was no hand towel for the powder room . The switch for the overhead lights in the master bedroom don’t work on the side near the windows. The electric plug in the smaller bathroom does not work.

Excellent location, beautiful apartment, a little noisy

The location is brilliant in Condesa with easy access to other parts of the city. The apartment is large and well appointed. I would stay here again, but ask that a few items be attended to: -The noise from the main street in the king bedroom is very loud at night from traffic. It made it nearly impossible to sleep in this room. We were 2 people and had to sleep in the back bedroom instead of having our own beds. Noise dampening blinds or better glass is needed to adequately manage the sound. This would not be good for a light sleeper. -There was no cover or a sheet between the comforter/duvet and the fitted sheet (so you had to sleep with the duvet on your skin, though I flipped it over as I never know if duvets are washed frequently). -The bathroom drains smell rather bad. I had to close to the door to the bathroom and keep the windows opened to keep the smell out of the bedrooms. It is especially bad in the back, smaller bedroom. It smells like a latrine. -The floors need to be mopped, as my feet were rather dirty after walking on the floors without socks on (I did not go outside). -The couch needs to be vacuumed between the cushions, as there were a lot of crumbs and bits of gunk between the cushions. -The soap dispensers - which were featured as mounted to the wall in the photos - had fallen off the wall and were set on the floor in both bathrooms. -The bathrooms need another light. The large bathroom, especially, is incredibly dark.
