Clean, comfortable and well supplied! Very convenient to Meredith, Laconia and Gilford. Great yard for outdoor sitting and walking the dog. We will certainly stay here again.
We had a great stay at the Red Roof Retreat. The house was clean, well appointed and a great location to explore Meredith and Weirs Beach from. We would stay here again.

HiOverall the location is great. We enjoyed being able to go to the beach, Funspot and being close to Storyland. The keyless entry was also a plus. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom, bedroom and grill area.
Our three day stay was amazing house was clean, updated and beautiful options for games big backyard with barbecue efficiency and fire pit 10 out of 10 will be back
We had a short stay at this home but were very pleased. The house was very clean and comfortable. Location was great and communication was easy. Thanks for a nice stay!
We had a great stay at the Red Roof vacation home. It was perfect for our family. It is in a great location with quick rides to some great family fun spots and the beach. The house was clean and welcoming. We will definitely robook a stay there again.
Amazing cozy spot near the lake and also the ice castles. Very clean and updated home. Very warm and welcoming. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.
I have to say this place was so cute and so homey we loved it didn’t wanna go home we had a chicken friend greet us everyday the house was so clean and tidy when we walked in the owner of the place was very helpful and so sweet I would def go back there next year I so recommend this place
My wife, daughter, and in laws stayed here for a weekend while we were up on the lake for a wedding. The home was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the home was equipped with anything we needed. The home was located to plenty of restaurants, breweries, and stores. The host checked in throughout to make sure we were happy. Would recommend!
We loved staying at Red Roof. The property was just as described. Everything was as expected. Check in was super easy. The owner reached out to ensure all was well. The location is absolutely perfect for being in Meredith and the lakes.
We had a wonderful experience at the cottage! The owners have thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible! The location of close to the lake and to Gunstock mountain but we still felt we had privacy and quiet. Tracey was very easy to work with and we will absolutely stay again if we are in the area

The pros- location is fantastic! The house itself has a lot of potential and the yard is great with the fire pit. The cons- the house was not clean. When we arrived there were several dead bugs on the windowsills in multiple rooms. The vents were dirty in the bathroom and the kitchen had a strong dog odor. The bedrooms were very dusty as well.I was really hopeful for a good stay and we liked the layout of the house a lot. If it was cleaner we’d definitely stay again.
Everything was great. Two things you should know. There are steep stairs to access the house which can be difficult for handy cap seniors like my parents. They were fine but had to have help going up and down. Also. The beds do not have top sheets. I had never seen this anywhere and no clue why. The owner was helpful in giving us more sheets which we put on the bed ourselves. Would def start again. Very clean! And nice assortments of coffee!
We loved this cute property in the woods. Tracey was so easy to work with and had everything ready for us. The house was super clean and updated and the kitchen had many basic utensils/cooking supplies. The bedrooms were super cute with plenty of blankets, cozy pillows and very comfortable beds. The blackout curtains were also a nice surprise as we travelled with our 1 year old. The house was only a short drive to town, which was so nice to be close to many amenities, but we also loved being able to be out in the woods and have some privacy. We would definitely stay here again.
This home is approximately 7 miles from Bank of NH Pavilion, and an easy drive. The house was clean and comfortable and dog friendly. There was some noisy traffic over the weekend (leading into the 4th of July) both day and night. The lower granite steps from the driveway are a bit steep, and there is a handrail to help. The 2 steps leading to the kitchen are also steep, with no handrail or outdoor light if you plan to return in the dark. Some solar lights help to brighten the walk from the driveway to the house.
While this house was cute, pretty clean, and well-situated, there were a few things that were lacking. The stone steps up to the house from the driveway were uneven and had tons of dried leaves piled up on/in them so it was a bit precarious. The towels provided were not good; they seemed to be some sort of flimsy micro-fiber material. The beds were VERY COMFORTABLE and plenty of pillows were provided, but there was no top sheet, just the duvet. There was a screen missing from one of the bedroom windows so unfortunately we couldn't leave it open a bit for some fresh, Fall air. The microwave worked on the first day, but on the second day it was "dead". We think the whole wall was "out" as we tried plugging in other appliances to other outlets and nothing worked. Not sure what happened. Lastly, we were unable to watch the tv in the living room as we could not find the remote. While the owner was quick to respond to our inquiries about it, there was no solution given or effort made to get us another remote. We like watching tv together in the evenings so this was disappointing. The house was conveniently situated to Meredith center and Laconia and Weirs beach.
