Tastefully Decorated Townhome in a secure gated access community. Easy to find, quiet, cozy and comfy. No traffic, seldom hear a boat motor, no PWC allowed on lake.
Go for a drive in our mountains for a glimpse of Deer, Black Bear, Raccoons, Canada Geese or see waterfalls and forest.
Hike or bike on miles of trails. All the golf you'd ever want even a 27 hole course. Tennis, Pickleball, Fitness centers and pools.
Oaklawn Track and Casino is within a 30 minute drive. Waterparks and the famous Bathhouse Row and the Gangster Museum in Hot Springs.
The airport in Little Rock is 45 minutes away. We're about 4 hours from DFW and about 3 hours from Memphis Tenn.

We have a Dock, Kayaks, Loads of shade over the deck with a wood pellet grill. Backyard firepit and chairs. 4 Kayaks, WIFI, 3 TV's.
Downstairs is two bedrooms with a Queen beds. Both have closets and they share a bathroom. Laundry room. Back Porch under a roof for rainy days.
Full kitchen. Refrigerator, Range, Microwave, Coffeemaker, Keurig, Air Fryer, Dishwasher, Hide-a-bed, 1/2 bath upstairs across hallway from Kitchen.

Townhouse was in a good location, right on the water. Neighbors were super quiet. Place was clean. It does have a musty smell. Host is super helpful and communicative. Close to the west gate, shopping, restaurants.

Open and relaxing

Such a beautiful place right on the water. Lots of light through the glass doors at the back. Very clean and well decorated. The property manager texted me once the check in instructions were sent and recommended places to eat. We will stay here again.
