Welcome to Margie’s Coop — Country Living on a Real Christmas Tree Farm in Ozark!

Margie’s Coop is a newly renovated 3‑bedroom, 3‑bath country home located on our family’s Christmas Tree Farm in Ozark, Arkansas. This peaceful retreat blends modern comfort with the charm of bygone days. Guests love the porch swings, the quiet setting, and the acres of Christmas trees right outside the door.

The Space
This spacious home is designed for comfort, gathering, and relaxation. Inside, you’ll find:
- 3 comfortable bedrooms
- 3 full bathrooms
- A large, fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials
- A cozy living area perfect for family time

Don, Jordan (dog) &I had a great time staying here!! Very pet friendly place. We enjoyed the view, pond, sitting area & fireplace in the garage. Played ping pong. Quiet location and we were able to see a few small planes land. There was a huge covered front area that we played ping pong and cornhole on. It was also perfect for parking our bikes out of the weather. The three rooms and three bathrooms were awesome as well. It was far enough out that you felt like you were in the country but was close enough to get to town fast. Dollar General less than 5 minutes up the road also. We loved it. We were in a central location and able to Ride our motorcycles to Eureka Springs, Hwy 7, and Hot Springs was just South of us also. We loved it and will be back. Thank you for a wonder trip!

Everything we could possibly need and more was in the house. The outside was incredible! Games for the kids! And they loved the chickens and roosters all over the house. I spoke to the owners multiple times prior to our stay and they always answered back immediately. We had an incredible stay!!!

Wonderful Stay

The house was great for our party of 6. We felt comfortable the entire stay. The owners were so great with communication! We had some bad weather while there and our cars were safe under the large outdoor area! Loved seeing the Christmas trees growing!

Awesome

This is an awesome property to kick back and visit with family and friends the indoor and outdoor space are all clean and plenty of seating. We love being able to sit outside and play ping pong and cornhole while visiting or just hang out outside especially in the evening. Well worth it.

Beautiful house and property

My sisters and I had a wonderful time on our trip to the southwest part of Arkansas. And one of the reasons was knowing we had a beautiful, comfortable house to come home to each evening. I highly recommend Margie’s Coop to anyone looking to stay in the Ozark, AR, area.

I grew up on this property, and in 1990 my wife and I began our Christmas tree farm here—a place we’ve loved and cared for ever since. The Coop is named in honor of my parents. My mom, Margie, adored her home, the outdoors, and her chickens, while my dad, Frank, had a passion for motorcycles and airplanes. We created this space as a tribute to them both, and we hope you feel the same warmth and charm that made this place so special to our family.

One of the highlights of staying at Margie’s Coop is our peaceful little fishin’ pond. Just steps from the front door, you’ll find a scene that brings back the simple joys of bare feet in the grass, tree swings, and relaxing on the porch.
As a unique bonus, our property also includes a small grass‑strip airfield. From time to time, you may see private planes or ultralights taking off or landing right outside the kitchen window — a fun surprise for many of our guests.
