The listing states 3 bedrooms not bathrooms. The address is the exact address because you have to register with the city of Chicago to receive a license and registration number so everything was and still is accurate.

This is not a dangerous neighborhood. I wasn’t aware that the address was wrong. When I created my listing Vrbo had to pick up my location at that time. For you to put the address on here so people know the actual address before booking (so unprofessional) You didn’t showed up and didn’t inform me but then ask for a refund. When someone tried to book for the same dates and I decline them for you not to show up and ask for a refund the day of checkout.

The property do have air conditioning in ever room. Far as the 3 bathrooms it doesn’t says that and the pictures shows all rooms as well for clarity. So I don’t know how or why it says 3bathrooms on your end. I knew there was going to be an issue with this guest because she wouldn’t respond to my messages and they took garbage bags but they were only there for an hour so why take anything.

Aimeth attempted to add an additional person to her reservation and, upon discovering there was an extra charge, began to ask where the cameras were located. The listing clearly states that there are only outside cameras. She proceeded to ask several questions about their exact locations and wanted me to specify where each camera was. Before guests arrive, I record a full video of the inside of the property for cleanliness and safety documentation. Upon her arrival, she sent a message stating that the place was extremely dirty and commented on the absence of soap and paper towels. We supply hand soap and it’s was plenty on bath room sink. I responded that I anticipated such feedback and have a full video for Vrbo for this very reason. I explained that we do not supply soap; the soap provided is from previous guests and is left for future guests to use rather than being discarded. Similarly, we do not provide paper towels. She then had Vrbo call me and expressed that she was upset about the additional charge for her added guest and seemed to be creating an issue to seek a refund. I informed them that I have a full video I could share, but they stated it was unnecessary. Later, she called Vrbo again, claiming she did not feel safe. I reiterated to them that we have not had any safety issues with previous guests, and the neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and family-oriented with friendly neighbors. She and her guests experienced no safety issues during their stay.
