Welcome to a golfers paradise!
This home is located on The Saints Golf Course in Port St Lucie, with just a 3 min walk to the clubhouse and Pub!

A 10 minutes drive from the house will take you to The Sandpiper bay golf club.
St James Golf Club, Champions Club At Summerfield, PGA Country Club (The resort also boasts a Family Short Course, which has a mere six holes, perfect for those traveling with children), Jensen Beach Golf Club, Fairwinds Golf Course, Gator Trace Golf & Country Club, The Florida Club, Martin Downs Golf Club and Resort.

Located 20 min from the house are the beautiful BEACHES on Hutchinson island. Here you can also find many nice restaurants on the beach.
Hutchinson island is divided in North Hutchinson island and South Hutchinson island with the South island the closest. Both Islands are very beautiful and have great beaches and well worth a visit.

The HOUSE is tastefully decorated with a mix of golf and ocean in mind, with a clam and relaxing environment.

The screened in PATIO with POOL is fully furnished with a bar table facing the kitchen, out door patio table with comfortable seating for 8 persons and a stunning view over the golf course.
The patio also have an area with a out door couch seating 8 persons, a perfect place to relax, watch the golfers and enjoy the tranquility.

The POOL AREA with a in pool spa is surrounded with sun beds with option of sun or shaded launches. If you want to use the jets the spa area, walk out the screened door and turn on the jets with the switch on the wall of the house.
The pool can be heated for an extra fee of $15 per each 5 degrees per day.

The 3 burner propane BBQ is located outside the screen by the dining table.

Cooking a nice dinner is easy with our open and spacious FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN that have everything you need. You will find plates, bowls, glasses, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans and more. Coffee maker, water boiler, toaster and blender. For children there is plates, silver wear and cups. Under the sink you will find cleaning products if you need them.
On the wall beside the fridge and freezer you will find a fire extinguisher.

Behind the white folding doors in the kitchen you will find the LAUNDRY MACHINES, here is also where you can find the ironing board, iron and detergent. Here you also can find a first aid kit.

In front of the glass sliding doors, with view over the open spaces of the golf course is the DINING TABLE with seating for 8 people. If you need a high chair, let us know and we will set it up for you.

The golf themed LIVING ROOM with an extra large TV is a nice place to relax.

There are 4 BEDROOMs in the house.
MASTER BEDROOM has a king size bed with comfortable memory foam mattress. Side tables with bed side light and plug in for chargers.
Walk in closet and a set of drawers for clothes. Desk and chair for those who need to get caught up with work. The room also have a TV and a sealing fan.
The ON SUIT BATHROOM with double sink, plenty of cupboards and shower is tastefully decorated with the ocean in mind.

SECOND BEDROOM with king sized bed as well with comfortable memory foam mattress, bedside tables and lights. Closet and set of drawer for clothing, sealing fan and a TV.

THIRD BEDROOM with queen sized bed as well with a comfortable memory foam mattress, bedside table with night light and sealing fan. Closet and set of drawers for clothes and a TV.

FORTH BEDROOM located on the side of the kitchen. This bedroom has a queen sized bed with bedside tables and night lights and sealing fan. Closet for clothes and a TV.
This room also have a desk and chair.

In the HALLWAY leading from the living room, you can find a closet with beach chairs and shade, a drying rack and a vacuum.
Here is also where the thermostat is located, you can change the temperature of the house by swiping up or down.
The SECOND BATHROOM with a single sink, cupboard for storage and shower.

In front of the house there is PARKING for 4 regular sized cars, we ask our guests to not park on the side of the road or on the grass.

The garage is used as storage and not available for guests.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD Sandpiper Bay is a nice quaint golfing neighborhood. Very quiet and safe.
There is a few restaurants closed by including The Saints Pub only 3 minute walk, they have both inside and outside dining, full bar and usually live music on the weekends.
Pueblo Viejo is a Mexican restaurant at the corner if Prt St Lucie Blvd and Morningside Blvd, about 10 to 15 min walk or a couple of minutes drive.
Sandpiper Bay Resort an all-inclusive resort, which offers the largest Sports School Academy in the community with a lot of programs during the summer for kids.

Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens only 5 minutes away by car is a beautiful place for a walk. This botanical garden is also have a beautiful and popular wedding venue.
In this area you can also find a board walk on Port Saint Lucie River.

FUN THING IN THE AREA
Jensen beach and Stewart, are artsy little beach towns with excellent restaurants and cute shops. Well worth a visit.

PonTiki in Stuart - Cruise the crystal clear waters of the Intracoastal waterways and take in the beautiful scenery.

Here are some of OUR FAVORITE BEACHES
Fort Piers inlet state park, about 40 min drive.
This park has historical significance as the training site for WWII Navy Frogmen, but now it has become one of the more travelled-to beaches near Port St. Lucie for quite some time.
It's a bit of a drive but we think it is worth it.

Jensen Beach Park, about 20 min drive.
There are volleyball courts, picnic tables, and even grills, making it the perfect spot for larger gatherings or beachside barbecues.

Stuart Beach about 25 min drive.
This is one of the best spots for anyone who loves keeping their days active with beach fun or partaking in local culinary specialties.

In general all beaches on both South and North Hutchinson Islands are really good beaches. Fun to try them all, please let us know your favorite.

1. Eastside Acres Ranch

Sitting on 20 acres, Eastside Acres Ranch in Port Saint Lucie is a big hit for kiddos, and adults too! They have various animals such as Highland cows, alpacas, miniature horses, donkeys and more. Schedule a tour.

2. Fountains at Tradition
10807 SW Tradition Square, Port St. Lucie, FL 34987

Tradition Square is a fun place for the kiddos to run around. The square is a grade field in the center of a low traffic “square” of shops. Many people park and walk around but there are some cars that drive through. You’ll be within walking distance to a few good restaurants, a splash pad, and even Publix! Enjoy food trucks every other Friday, when they close off the street for a fun local event.
Tradition always has events going on, where locals bring their lawn chairs and picnic blankets and chill on the square to enjoy live music. Be sure to check their calendar.

3. Port Saint Lucie Botanical Gardens
2410 SE Westmoreland Blvd., Port St. Lucie, FL 34952

The gardens is a kid-friendly activity in Port Saint Lucie because they have a scavenger hunt that the kiddos love. Grab a backpack filled with your tools, such as binoculars, a magnifying glass and more. Tour the gardens and search for insects, flowers, plants, and landmarks.

The Gardens are open to the public Tuesday-Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday Noon to 5 p.m.


Guest interested in learning about the area’s diverse marine life can visit the St. Lucie County Aquarium, found in Fort Pierce, about 17 miles from the heart of Port St. Lucie. Although this is a small aquarium, it offers a lot to visitors, with exhibits that showcase local aquatic species like seahorses, sea turtles, and colorful reef fish.

Those who favor a little retail therapy will enjoy spending time in The Landing at Tradition, where they’ll also find a slew of top restaurants.
