With boundless views of Joshua Tree National Park and just 1 mile from the remote entrance to the park, this poolside retreat offers a harmonious blend of serenity, comfort, and adventure with hiking and stargazing opportunities abound. The gourmet kitchen complete with modern amenities and three bedrooms provide the perfect escape for couples, a family, or anyone who appreciates the graceful balance between style, comfort and escaping the noise.

Primary Suite:
Step into the spacious primary suite, complete with a California king bed and an expansive view of the desert horizon. The ensuite bath boasts a walk-in shower and bathtub perfectly positioned to provide awe-inspiring views.

Living Space:
Unwind in the open-floorplan living room, the perfect ‘chill’ haven. Immerse yourself in surround sound while watching your favorite movie or connect your music to the speakers throughout the home and poolside.

Gourmet Kitchen:

Great house for Joshua Tree visit

We had a great stay at this house while visiting Joshua Tree. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen well stocked for making meals. The best part was the outdoor space. Enjoyed my coffee while watching the view outdoors and listening to the birds. The owners were very helpful with hiking and restaurant recommendations.

One of the best places we've stayed

The property was amazing. The desert views and animal life were wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped and the house layout worked well with the Master suite on the opposite side of the house from the other two bedrooms. The hot tub and pool were enjoyed by all.

Peaceful desert oasis

This is your prefect relaxing getaway!!! Beautiful view of mountains everywhere you look. Spent nights in spa gazing at the stars. Cozy bedrooms and such a great outdoor space around a large pool and spa. We will absolutely be back to stay!!!

Ultimate private getaway home

We loved the house ! Why? Views, proximity to JT National Park ~ Less than a mile to Boy Scout Trail head, pool, jacuzzi, views, views, views, tasteful decor, fab kitchen and away from it all. No noise and no neighbors. We will definitely be back ! Owner was easy and fabulous to work with. Definitely our favorite vacation home to date.

Luxury!

We were so impressed with Kristina and Mike’s house! It is a beautiful, spacious home – so tastefully furnished and decorated with cozy and luxurious bedding. The location was perfect for our hikes in Joshua Tree. We felt secluded yet so close to fun local dining and shops. The 360 degree views from inside and outside the house are stunning. Lounging outside by the pool under the sky full of stars was a treat. The hosts were quick to respond when we had questions about the area. We can’t wait to go back to this amazing getaway! 10/10!!!

Beautiful property immaculately clean. Has everything you could possibly want or need. Kristina was extremely helpful and kind. You can tell she really wants your trip to be amazing. The location is perfect. I was there for hiking and solitude. The property is a short convenient drive to two main entrances to the park and just down the road from Fortynine Palms Oasis Trail. It's secluded enough to be extremely peaceful but still easy to go out to town for good food/drinks or whatever you need. I can't recommend it enough and hope to be back.

Spectacular

This was one of our favorite vacations because of our stay at this cottage. The hosts were the most accommodating and helpful. They were responsive and extraordinarily kind. The cottage itself was beautiful and had plenty of room for myself, husband, and 2 children. There was so much wildlife! We saw jackrabbits, quail, baby quail, roadrunners, and lizards. The best part of the stay was the pool and spa. They were beautiful, refreshing, and euphoric. The night swimming was our favorite because of the pool lights. The cottage is away from light pollution so you can see so many stars and the Milky Way, but close enough to delicious eateries and Joshua Tree. I honestly will stay here every visit to Joshua tree!

Amazing spot for star gazing

Stayed here to watch the Perseid meteor shower! The place was perfect. The pool and view were wonderful along with the communication to and from our host Kristina. Would highly recommend

A perfect experience

This was a perfect experience. Perfect house, perfect host. Kristina was super communicative, helpful and friendly, definitely made an extra effort to make sure we were happy with everything. The cottage was spotless and very comfortable. And the pool was a delight. Excellent location - quiet with a wonderful view, and just a short drive away from the National Park, coffee shops, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, a terrific bakery and curated vintage stores. It was everything we had hoped for and we hope to return in the future. Thanks so much

Tranquil perfection!

Tranquility was a defining feature. Nestled in a serene location, the peacefulness and quietude of the surroundings were a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I felt a deep sense of relaxation and rejuvenation during my time there, which made it all the more memorable. Lastly, I must commend Kris and Mike for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment I made the booking, they were incredibly accommodating and responsive. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, and their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. It was evident that they genuinely cared about their guests' experiences, and their passion for creating a memorable stay was palpable. The pool is amazing and such a nice bonus to the stay!
