We did not even stay. The upstairs has access to the basement door so I did not at all feel comfortable. And there is a terrible mildew smell.

Not suitable for human occupation

We checked out early. The place had mold/mildew. Power went out and the place was dark. Not suitable for human use without major renovations and updates.

I have been doing great business with the owner I have as always in the house and this time I was in a very unsafe basement with a bad smell and very uncomfortable bed I beg you don’t go to the basement it’s horrible

This was my first experience (and last) with your company. The root cellar, unfinished basement, began passing thru metal cellar doors down a steep stairwell. Leading thru a maze of spaces including the hot water heater, shower curtain walls, exposed wiring and piping from below the home. The cheap linoleum flooring was so unsafe and uneven. The kitchenette photo is accurate for contents. The bedroom door is 4 inches too short on top and bottom. This space is extremely dingy with mirrors propped against wall and electronics and elec cords dangling. Bathroom photo is accurate to contents except the moldy shower.

This property is unfit for your worst enemy.It is musty, moldy, dirty shower, paint chipping, unfinished drywall, exposed wires, no window, no smoke or carbon dioxide detectors, to get in the place it is through a bilco door and 12 steps, not 4 as indicated. The sheet had a stain on it. The bathroom door hits the light, does not open all the way. The bedroom door is screwes into the paneling and does not go to the floor.Additionally this is not a basement, it is a cellar as there is no windows and all underground per Mass definition. The claim that it is single level and wheel chair accessible is a false claim. The pacers to the door are not as wide as a wheel chair.Addition false representations are bed on the ground, dirty mattress, dirty toilet, old carpet from the 50s-60s that is pieced together. They don’t show pictures of the oil tank next to the dinning wall either.While the owner did say he would bring the fridge down, it was not in the unit upon arrival. Positive good neighborhood.The system would not let me load all the pictures. JUST DO NOT GO HERE!!!
