Included with your rental is a Tybee Island Parking Permit, park anywhere on the island for FREE
You are only minutes from Historic Savannah & Tybee Island. A quick 10-minute drive to the city will have you on River Street for shopping, sightseeing, delicious southern food, and architectural sites. Perhaps a day at the beach! Enjoy the marsh views and drive over the bridge to Georgia's favorite little Island. Enjoy plenty of shops, restaurants, and nightlife after a day at the beach. Enjoy a spacious backyard with a fire pit and grill. Parking space for two cars and a boat!

The home has 3 TVs, wifi, and parking for two vehicles. Two large bedrooms, bathroom, living room with new leather sleeper sofa, and laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.

Location was very convenient, just 15 mins drive to Tybee Island and close to Savannah. Neat accommodations and plenty of outdoor space in the backyard. Although the pool was kind of small, we enjoyed it having it for ourselves.

The stay was great, easy accessible and easy to find. Pictures showed exactly what was seen in person. The water pressure is a little less than desired, but beds were comfy and whole place was very clean!

Close to everything

House was clean and beds were comfortable. Pool and fire pit in the back are private and no5 shared with the other unit. It was 5 minutes from coffee, a grocery store, and convenience store. 15 minutes from the beach. Definitely would recommend staying here and will stay again

Super accommodating especially with a dog. Quiet area. There is a bar in the Kroger which was really fun! The house/duplex was perfect and we would absolutely stay here again

Cozy duplex!

The place was nice and clean. It's about 15 min to Tybee Island and downtown Savannah. It has everything you need except an iron so if you need one make sure you pack one. We did not use the patio but it has a nice seating space. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe! Overall I recommend this place.

Getaway Weekend near Tybee

Overall this place suited our needs for a quick getaway for our family & they accepted our dog!! The duplex is right on a main thoroughfare so traffic stayed heavy until around 11p.m. each night but it wasn't awful. It is close to Tybee & Savannah and all major grocery/pharmacies which was great too. The duplex itself is older but appears taken care of. We would definitely recommend & hopefully stay again in the future as it is so difficult to find a place that takes bigger dogs. Very very clean home.

Overall the house was nice. The pool was smaller than the pictures showed, but it was ok. There was a problem with the dryer not working, but the property manager replaced it. There was only the bare minimum items in the kitchen, no dishrags, no dishtowels, no pot holders, we had to buy some to use for our duration. The check in instructions need to be updated, they are for a separate lock box, not the keyless entry that is on the door now. Fortunately, the property manager showed us how to get in. All in all it was an enjoyable visit.

Simple accommodation, no pet friendly! I needed to pay extra $ 150 because my dog is emotional support and not ADA… no exceptions! It’s better put no pets!!!!!!!! Mold in the restroom, toilette flushed broken and bad mattress
