Lake Tahoe Beach Front condo with incredible views. This condo features a full bedroom with Queen Bed and 1 pull-out couch in the living room.
Centrally located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe, walk out the back you are on the beach at Lake Tahoe. During ski season it is a short drive to Heavenly Ski Resort, 7 minutes to the California Lodge or to the Heavenly Village Gondola (depending on traffic).
You can walk to several local favorite dining spots, or CVS is close if you forgot an essential item.

This bedroom has its own tv and lake view from the window. The living room features a cozy fireplace with fantastic lake views and a fully efficient kitchen!

Really enjoyed our stay.

The condo was very clean, everyone was friendly, beautiful view of Lake Tahoe, lots to do around the surrounding area. TALLAC HISTORIC SITE is a must to visit. Would definitely recommend.

The water from the bath tub was brown! The dryer was broken. Both TV didn’t work or I couldn’t figure out how to watch it. Some lights were broken and the room was too dark for me. Unlocking the door was stressful. I wish sugar was provided for the coffee.

All was well with this stay. Being able to see the sunset and sunrise from the balcony made up for the short falls of the stay.

What an amazing location

This is a fabulous location for a break with a lovely beach area. Some noise from the apartment above but not too bad. A washing up bowl would have been useful.

Wonderful stay

The location is perfect for anything you want to do in South Lake Tahoe! The view is gorgeous and right on the beach. Unit was clean and well stocked with the basics to get us through the week.

Great spot and beautiful views but my kids were pretty disappointed to find out that as guests of this particular unit, we are not allowed to use the pool & jacuzzi (even though I was required to sign Pool Rules before the trip). The place is well equipped minus wine glasses. It was pretty clean except the floor which probably hasn’t been wet mopped recently.

Property location was perfect, right on the beach. Overall, the interior needs remodeling and updating, but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyways since we were here to be outside. It could use a new bed and some updated paint, a few of the chairs were broken and taped together. But overall, the property was nice and it was easy to work with the property owner. There wasn’t too many checkout instructions. We still prefer hotels since we don’t have to pay a massive cleaning fee while we still have to clean. But the location was too good to pass up.

Lake view, beach access

Great location on the lake shore. Beach chairs provided to sit in the sand! Central to activities. Fantastic view! Great to have all amenities like home.

Wonderful location

We had a great time. It was advertised just like it is. Beautiful. Two quick things. Need new bed. Need outdoor furniture. We made it work, but those two changes would make such a difference. Loved everything about our home in Lake Tahoe. Highly Recommend.

The most positive aspect of this property is its location and the view. It’s about forty yards from the beach and the lake is visible from the living area, which makes watching sunsets enjoyable. The unit itself is very old (as are many surrounding properties). They did their best with updates, and it was clean, but overall the age and funkiness was a deterrent.

Beautiful view.

Very nice the access to the beach was excellent, you are not allowed to use the pool next to the property. Laundry is off site, but grocery store close by. It’s loaded with families, and we had lots of noise up stairs. Overall we did enjoy our stay.

Great Location

This was our first time to Lake Tahoe. Other than the crazy traffic from Joe Biden being in town, this was a great place to stay. It is near the grocery store (Safeway) and within walking distance of Heidis and other places. The beach was RIGHT out the door and overall it was very quiet. Would definitely recommend!

May vacation

The place was very nice, however it wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. There was hair in the tub and on the floor when we checked in. Also I’ve never stayed at VRBO that didn’t provide coffee and salt, we had already gone to the store and had to return for those items. The location was great, close to everything, and the views absolutely amazing!!! We enjoyed sitting on the beach in the evening. We have a wonderful time.

Great View!

Great View! Stayed for 7 nights and we only had two towels. The bed was extremely hard! Time to get a new mattress. Other then that great location and view of the lake. I would stay again but need better mattress and more towels. Thanks.

Home away home

My family and I enjoyed everything. We came to relax and that we did. Enjoyed the community backyard. Very family friendly and respectful of the noise policy.The home had all the basic essentials. You will just need to pick up cooking & spice essentials. Plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows. Very cozy. We will come again. Host, Sean, was very kind, prompt with answers to our questions. Check-in was easy. Thank you, our family are grateful for the stay.

Summer trip

The bed mattress horrible, very hard felt like cardboard, need new one. The furnishings are dated and felt like furniture from the Goodwill. Lots of knicks in furniture- and nothing even went together. Throw pillows are old, looked dirty-towels the same. Bed linens need replacing with fresh and clean. Patio ceiling was full of cobwebs that we swept along with sand covering patio. Big disappointment overall. The kitchen was ok.

Wanted to love this place

The location was great, but not much else. The worst part was when my 2 year old found a STEAK KNIFE in a random BATHROOM cupboard!!!! Luckily my husband was able to grab it quickly. The house was just grimey and seemed very unclean. I don't think the floors had ever been clean. My child's feet were black. The bed was so uncomfortable and you couldn't make the slightest move without it sounding like it was going to fall apart. The pillows were terrible. There was also to be no noise from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. Or you could be fined $2,000. The 9:00 pm I get, but when I have a loud rambunctious toddler up at 5:30, it is very hard to "stay quiet". We ended up leaving early.
