STEPS TO THE OKEMO SKI TRAIL.... Looking for fun and convenience for your VT getaway?  Jackson Gore is the place... This condominium sleeps 6 and is located in the Adams House. It offers privacy and great access to all the Jackson Gore base area conveniences. Whether you are here for a family trip or romantic getaway, this is the right place. Winter and Summer in VT is so special with plenty of outdoor activities and Ludlow has something for everyone.  You will have action packed days starting with a nice breakfast that you can make in your fully stocked kitchen or go next door to the Jackson Gore Base Lodge when they are open for the season. Guests also have access to the indoor/outdoor heated pool, the Spring House with kids splash pool with slide, hot tub, sauna, racquetball courts, plus the Adams House hot tubs and more. 

During the summer, enjoy Mt. Biking on Okemo or scenic chairlift rides. You don't want to drive? Then enjoy the Adventure Zone activities right at Jackson Gore like the Timber Ripper mountain coaster, Haulback Ropes Course, Coleman Brook Mining Company, Bungy Trampoline, Mini Golf and more.

Rent or bring your own canoe or kayak and jump in Echo Lake, Lake Amherst, Lake Pauline or Lake Ninevah. Looking to play a round of golf…..then the Fox Run Golf Club is only a 5 minute drive and offers an18-hole championship golf course and 10-acre practice facility featuring a 4-hole short course, and full driving range.

You won't find a more convenient location - Walk right outside to an easy beginner trail for skiing or hiking or jump on the ski lift to go to the top of the mountain and access to all of Okemo's ski trails in the winter.  Convenience starts with the heated, underground parking and elevator that brings you to the top floor offering expansive views of the valley. Okemo Mountain Resort is owned by Vail resorts so bring your EPIC pass for skiing and riding. 

This one-bedroom condo is a complete unit that includes one bedroom, two bathrooms, and a living room and full kitchen. It sleeps 6 comfortably between the king size bed in the oversized bedroom with ensuite bath. Additionally there is a pull out sleeper sofa and murphy bed in the living room. Enjoy the ambiance of the gas fireplace anytime of the year while looking out at the valley views from the living room.

Coleman Brook Tavern - Located in the Jackson Gore Inn this restaurant is open for Breakfast or Dinner.
Roundhouse Cafe -Open in the Jackson Gore Inn just steps away. Enjoy a quick bite to eat during the day.
Lobby Bar - Enjoy a cocktail around the woodburning fireplace in the Jackson Gore Lobby or at the bar.

The slopes were right outside the door of our lodging, lockers right there also for easy storing of our ski gear. Hot tubs were also right outside but always full of people, however the hot tub in the spring house was empty! The host was very kind and accommodating, and communication was fantastic! Our stay was AMAZING! I do not ski, but the rest of my family does, and it was so great to stay right on the slopes where the kids could come and go as they pleased. The heated underground parking was really nice. Everything in the condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nice and had filtered water in the fridge. We went to the grocery store right there in town and cooked all of our meals to save some money. I loved that there were 2 bathrooms and 3 beds so the kids didnt have to share the beds. There was plenty of space to spread out. The hot tubs were nice as well, but although they are slopeside, you cant really see the slopes when you are in them due to the big rock wall. The host was very responsive, we would definitely stay here again.

Spring skiing

A quick trip with my son and took a chance on some spring skiing. While the weather was closer to summer than spring, our accommodations did not disappoint.
