Beautiful townhome with heated pool, banana shutters, crown molding, run by Alexa 😉. Tile floors, bamboo throughly the upstairs and stairs with front loading washer and dryer.
We are a Mike from I95 and the Turnpike. A few miles from diving, fishing charters, fine dining like Tommy Bahama, 1000 North, and The Woods. Restaurants on the water the Guanabanas, Dive Bar, Square Grouper, Blue Pointe where you can find live music everyday.
Golf courses for miles, bike trails at Riverbend and Johnathan Dickinson State Park. Pickle Ball courts, Paddle Boarding, Surfing, Diving, Kayaking, Canoeing, Boating, Sailing.
Roger Dean for Marlins and Cardinals Spring Training and the Astros and Mets Spring Training are only about 20 miles North and South.
