I paid for a room with a balcony/patio and this wasn’t arranged when I arrived. However, I was upgraded to a suite because that was the only room available with a balcony. I am very happy with our experience!

Booked a 2 bed with balcony, no balcony comes with the 2 beds. I assume only king beds have balcony, which is not what is listed in booking. The staff was nice but whomever handles the bookings for this property was a nightmare. I tried to work with them multiple times before I put this review in to see if they would fix the issue. Pool was closed and that was not listed either. I would suggest staying next door with the rooftop bar. So much nicer!
