Restoration room, king size master bedroom with adjustable bed and Bose movie theater room, master bath with shower and hot tub, kitchen, half bath, living room with 60 inch tv.
Second bedroom is on first floor with its own private bath. This can be used for a patient and is just 10 ft from the garage. Also a big beautiful back yard is on the other side to have a great morning cup of coffee. The bayou eye distance as well as the whole med center, downtown and Minute Maid Park. Med center is .8 mile. Downtown is 1.8 miles and Minute Maid is 3.9 miles.
