Welcome to our stunning home, located in the heart of the city! We aim to provide you with the ultimate luxury experience during your stay with us.

This is a private single-family 4-story 2400 sq ft home. Our home is perfect for families or groups of friends who want an unique and luxury experience.

Key features:

Beautiful and modern living area with comfortable seating, stylish decor, and plenty of natural light.

Rooftop terrace with stunning city, skyline views, and comfortable seating.

Range of resort-like amenities including a Tonal workout machine with a video workout guide, Schwinn exercise bike, whole house audio system, fully automatic espresso coffee machine, and a whole house aromatherapy scented system.

Our water system is connected to a water softener and pump to provide you with a strong and silky smooth shower like a high-end spa. You have to experience this first hand.

For your entertainment, we include Netflix, HBO, Disney, Hulu, ESPN, Paramount, Peacock, and Discovery. There are board games and video game systems for your use.

Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils needed, large center island, and dining table. Our refrigerator is connected to a reverse osmosis purifier for bottled quality drinking water.

Centrally located in Montrose, close to attractions and landmarks such as the zoo and aquarium, Museum District, the stadiums, and Downtown Houston.

All bedrooms include high thread count sheets and bathrooms include soft luxurious towel sets.

1st Bedroom: located on the 1st Floor with a King bed with a connected ensuite with a spacious shower and walk-in closet.

Master Bedroom: located on the 3rd Floor with a King bed and a luxurious spa-like shower and soak-in bath, as well as a projector for a theater experience and a walk-in closet.

3rd Bedroom: located on the 3rd Floor with a Queen bed and connected bathroom with a shower/tub.

Guest access
Guest has access to entire home except for certain areas that are locked such as garage and storage closets.

Other things to note
The guest booking must be 25 or older

No parties or events are allowed due to the home being in a quiet neighborhood.

Note that 2 of the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear how much care and thought the host put into this property. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described (if not better).The space was comfortable, well-appointed, and had everything I needed—from the small thoughtful touches to the larger amenities that made the stay feel effortless. The location was ideal: convenient, quiet, and perfect for relaxing while still being close to everything we wanted to do.The host was outstanding—responsive, friendly, and proactive, making check-in and the entire stay completely seamless. It’s rare to find a place that feels both professionally run and genuinely welcoming, but this one absolutely does.I would stay here again in a heartbeat and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends or family. This place truly lives up to its name. The home is beautifully designed, spacious, and spotless, with high-end finishes that immediately make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Every room was thoughtfully set up, the beds were comfortable, and the layout worked perfectly for our stay.Quiet location with easy access to great food, shopping and getting around Houston, while still feeling private and peaceful once inside the home.The host was outstanding. Communication was clear, responsive and professional, with a smooth check-in process and zero issues throughout the stay. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guest experience.Amenities were exactly as advertised and then some. Having a full kitchen, washer and dryer, strong air conditioning and plenty of space made this feel like a true home away from home.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Houston.
