Tropical Villas stepped up in place of another rental company who chose to cancel on us in the middle of the night without explanation. They are prompt with responses and helpful with whatever you might request.

8/10 Good

Great

The street was very busy, each villa had more than 3 cars parked outside. The outside space was quite small, but rolling back the child safety netting helped make it feel bigger, and the sun didn't start hitting the pool area until 09.30. The rooms are exactly like the photos. Not too far from Championsgate and all its amenities, the nearest supermarket is a Publix.

2/10 Terrible

Rental home

We stayed in the home for 7 nights and didn't get a heated pool that I paid for until day 5 which was a Thursday. It's disappointing to be charged for a service that was not fully received. I would recommend removing the carpets as they didn't look the cleanest. The space was great along with the game room. We overall enjoyed our stay.
