Nestled among coconut trees and and a luscious garden with ocean view, you will find yourself in this beautiful, quiet guesthouse where you can enjoy the beauty of nature yet not feel deprived of modern amenities. Spacious and exquisitely decorated one bedroom one bath villa, equipped with all the comfort you could possibly need. Bedroom has two comfortable full size beds, a beautiful dresser and a closet with safety box. Complete bathroom with all amenities. Fully functional kitchen with all cooking equipment, kitchenware and utensils. Breakfast bar and dining table.
Pool available on site
All linens are provided.
Pool/beach towels are available.
Eventhough the main house is on the same property, the guesthouse is completly separated. Guests should rest asured that their privacy is of the outmost importance. Aside from early morning cleaning of pool and nearby garden, the area is left for guests to enjoy.

The place was lovely, everything was great, from the comfort, great amenities, the tranquility to the beauty it offers. Ed’s hospitality was superb, he provided a nice and friendly atmosphere. We simply enjoyed our stay! We definitely recommend this place!

You couldn't ask for a better host! The owner lives in the main house and the rental is the guest house. He has a private entrance so you'll scarcely see him. The property is in a secure gated community and the property itself is a secured property as is all other estates in the area. The kitchen is well equipped for any cooking you might wish to do and there is a washer/dryer which is priceless!This is a peaceful place with natural well groomed vegetation. The private beach is an 8 minute walk. The host is a wealth of knowledge and is always reachable.This property is a total gem!

The property itself is something special — stunning private gardens filled with a constant symphony of exotic birds. The kidney-shaped pool tucked into the greenery feels completely secluded and is absolutely beautiful.The covered patio is oversized and incredibly functional, with both lounging and dining areas that we used daily. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, which made longer stays easy and comfortable.But the best part of our stay was Ed. Even though this is a guest house and we rarely saw him, his communication was truly 5-star. Everything was seamless, and he has staff who keep the property impeccably clean and maintained without ever feeling intrusive.At night, the sound of the waves crashing in the background was the perfect way to unwind — one of those places that just settles you.Highly recommend. We will absolutely be back.

Having used platforms such as VRBO in the past, has given me a sense of what is needed in a rental for guests to have a great and comfortable experience. If there is anything you need, do not hesitate to ask.

I fell in love with the area, the beaches and its natural surroundings. During my childhood, my parent had a property in Palmarcito which is nearby and we used to come often.
The area is relatively close to a lot of attractions and restaurants.
Airport is about an hour away.

Close to San Salvador and the airport.
