As someone with a degree in hotel management, I love to be able to accommodate our guest as if they are home. Their satisfaction is very important to me.
We restored this 1880's brownstone preserving all of historic features, but in the same time providing all the luxury using the best of workmanship and materials including high tech communication infrastructure of an office.
I believe we have a unique property in one of the nicest areas of Manhattan with all the amenities we could possibly offer, ie; Broad Band Business Class Wired and WiFi Internet, Custom made European Kitchen with Miele Appliances, Washer/Dryer, IP based video intercom & telephone etc.
This apt was perfect. First my husband stayed for 3 months on his own then out two kids and I joined him there for 2 months. We thoroughly enjoyed the yard, the location, the kitchen, the ability to bring our dog and Izi and Elio's attentiveness. The rooms are spacious for NYC. Everything is modern and new. It was well equipped with linens and kitchen necessities. The best part besides being one block from Central Park? The washer/dryer in the apt-it saved us! We would highly recommend this apartment and Izi to anyone.
We arrived in June 2015 and stayed 3 months. This apartment was perfect for my husband and I. It has a second bedroom and bath so it was great for us to have guests which we did on a number of occasions. The owner and manager are always available at any hour if needed. The location of the apartment is within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and cafes. Central Park is only a block away. There's many things to do in the neighborhood where you can walk to. Some of our favorite places to eat were Jacob's Pickle on Amsterdam Ave. between W 84th and W 85th St. Another great place was Cotta (Osteria Cotta) on Columbus Ave. between W 84th and W 85th St. Delicious Italian food. It's a very well taken care of building and a great, safe neighborhood. The apartment has a lovely fenced in outdoor area and all the furnishings are top of the line and the rooms are decorated beautifully.
We had a wonderful time here and will definitely consider returning in the future.
One block From Central Park, and couple blocks from the Museum of Natural History & River Side Park. Just cross the park and you will be at the Metropolitan Museum and at the Museum Row (Fifth Ave)
