Welcome to this beautiful town home, located just 2 miles from Disney World!
This newly refurnished town home offers comfort and luxury. It features one king master suite, one queen suite, and a Mickey-themed kids’ bedroom with twin over full bunk beds (with trundle), and one added folding bed for one more sleeper.
The Kitchen is completely stocked with a full-size dishwasher. The house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer. The living room is equipped with a 46' LED TV. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own flat screen TV. FREE local and long distance phone calls to the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. FREE high-speed internet and WiFi access.
The south-facing, fully enclosed, private splash pool will ensure that you enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine all day long!
Parking is right in front of the house. Additional parking is just across the road.

Windsor Hills is a 5-star gated secure community right near Disney World in Kissimmee Florida. Windsor Hills rated as #1 for 'Specialty Lodging' in the Disney area. Our townhouse is a short walk to the 10,000 square-foot clubhouse, which offers a specialty store, surround-sound movie theatre, gaming arcade and billiards room, computer lounge, and fitness center. The resort pool is huge and a great place for your whole family to play. Your kids are going to LOVE the two-story water slide at the Windsor Hills pool! A giant play area equipped with a play structure, swings, sand etc. is just a short stroll down the street.
This resort is close to an outdoor mall- Formosa Garden Village with a variety of stores including a supermarket, liquor store, UPS store. Many restaurants within walking distance - Carrabbas, Outback Steak House, Cracker Barrel, Red Lobster, TGIF and many more within a one mile radius. Super Target is one mile away. There is a Walmart in the area. Several well known Golf courses one to five miles distance

Great resort area and owner

The owner worked with us to get us in a day early which was fantastic. Nice and roomy townhouse. Short walk to clubhouse/pool area.

This property was great for a family vacation to Disney World due to its convenient location - not just from being minutes away from the main gate, but also its proximity to groceries, restaurants, etc. The amenities within Windsor Hills - community pool / gameroom / playground made it a good place to relax on rest days from Disney.

Cozy and convenient

Cozy two story in a conveniently located and secure neighborhood. Perfect for our family needs as we were in and out everyday. We were able to cook and have meals at “home” and saved a lot of money by dining in. Amenities were just what we needed. After a long day, pulling into drive made us feel like we were arriving home…we loved it!

It was as advertised and would recommend. My only issue was with the cleanliness, but that’s on the cleaning people and nothing to do with the owner. Communication was awesome with him.

The whole experience went smooth from beginning to end.

The unit was very clean and spacious, we felt right at home. The kids enjoyed the private pool as much as the club house. The condo was very close to all amenities.Target, Walmart and all theme parks were not far away at all. Minutes from Disney. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to rent again next year..

Great Visit

Happy with our stay! Location is excellent. Property was as described! Comfortable and enjoyed our vacation! The question is…would I return! The answer is…absolutely! I am already looking at some future dates!! If there was any suggestions….upgrade to a Keurig Coffee Maker or at least replace the coffee maker there!

Great place to relax after Disney!

We went with a group of 7 (for adults, 3 kids) and were very happy with this condo. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and it is literally 10 minutes from the Disney parking lots. It was so nice to come back after a fun but exhausting day at the parks and eat & relax. Our kids (9,6, and 3) loved the little splash pool. We had an issue with the dishwasher but it was taken care of quickly and was fine the rest of the week. The only suggestion I would give for improvement would be some new towels & some kitchen towels/rags to clean with. We would stay here again!

Great place in a great location!

Hong is a wonderful host and owner - super responsive, kind, and flexible. Nice townhouse close to Disney parks, Walmart, and the US 192 which is a main artery with restaurants and shops. My kid absolutely loved the 'backyard' pool and we all loved the superheated resort pool, slides, and clubhouse! Having access to washer-dryer in the house was a huge help. Well stocked overall. Only limitations were that the house wasn't as clean as it could be, but that's on property management, not the owner. Mattresses could also use replacing soon as not super comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again if we could. Our first VRBO rental and it was all it could be and more.

Awesome getaway

Everything was great with a few minor issues, pool was always warm we used it everyday. Only issues we had was the batteries in living room tv remote were dead, there was only one trash bag to last us a week, as well as 2 rolls of toilet paper. The beds also weren't very comfortable for our liking. Other than that it was a beautiful house in a beautiful community.

Wonderful place to stay! Close to Disney!

This home was such a blessing for our family of 8 (6 children ages 19, 17, 15, 10, 8 and 8) and we happily recommend it! It was the closest we've ever stayed to Disney parks and a Super Target was nearby (as well as the hospital which we ended up needing for several days too!) There is very little traffic getting from place to place even during Spring Break season. The gated community was a huge help to us to feel secure as my husband was in the hospital for several days. The home was clean and wonderful. The layout and 3 bathrooms were great and our children enjoyed the Mickey themed bedroom. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay! Communication with owner was always done promptly and professionally and we will be looking to stay here again.

One of our best vacations ever!

My family just completed our vacation at this gorgeous town home. All the bedding and furniture are brand new. Convenient that they provided crib & high chair as we had a baby with us. The private splash pool was great to have after a long day of walking around the parks! If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay for not a lot of money, then this place is it! Communication from owners was great. As far as distance to the parks, this place is very close to the Disney Parks. The Windsor Hills resort is just beautiful! The floorplan makes great use of the space. The living room, dining room and kitchen are perfect for meals at home. The house is well equipped with linens, dishware and cookware. The access into the complex is secured by a gate. Our deposit was returned promptly and all communication was professional. I would not hesitate to rent this property again in the future. A great place to stay! We highly recommend it.

Great Townhome

Overall, this is a great home for the price and Windsor Hills is in a prime location. The actual townhouse is close to the main Windsor Hills entrance and you could walk to the clubhouse or playground. My kids (ages 5 and 7) loved the splash pool but it was too deep for them to reach the bottom on the deeper end, no big deal just FYI. The only "con" I can think of is the cable! Not a lot of channels and some of the TV's you have to manually enter channel numbers (you can use the channel up/down button but most of them are missing so you must use the keypad to enter a specific channel). And that's it! The rest was great! Townhome was spacious and overall very clean. Owners even left a gift for my daughter which was so sweet. Also, the owner was in constant contact during the booking process and answered all questions immediately. We didn't cook so I cannot comment on pots/pans, etc. Next time we visit Disney, we will stay here!

spring 2023 townhome stay

property was dirty, dark, cats pee smell when we arrived. spent two days cleaning ourselves. pool was so cloudy couldn't see bottom. dishes and cutlery was dollar store stuff. 5 large plates, 3 bowls, 4 slide plates, 1 face cloth, 1 dish towel. Old towels for pool use.. really run down. washed everything before we could stay there. was a very uncomfortable stay. Do not rent this property until owner does some upgrades. the upgrades advertised are false. (Oh the floor are finished yes). The property management company are absolutely terrible, actually laughed at us when we complained. Don't rent this property. furniture is falling apart. does not look like pictures at all.

unfortunately my husband & I didn't actually stay at this location as my husband could travel out of country due to a recently diagnosed heart issue. However our children and a friend with her 2 children did. The biggest issue was that upon arrival the place was not clean(they clean it themselves) as well the wicker pool chair were breaking apart due to sun damge and was being tracked into the townhouse. The furniture showed alot of wear as well as the masterbathroom tub faucet needed to be updated. Also the electriccar charging units need to be better identified,they had rented an electric car and didn't find them until near the end of their stay.

Disney Vacation

It was very close to Disney. Perfect size for our family of four but could have accommodated more comfortably. The place was very clean. Provided some amenities that other VRBOs do not. Just a very nice place and was above our expectations.

Perfect spot for Disney

First, our original booking fell through 2 days before our flight due to Hurricane Ian. The owner responded very quickly to my inquiry as to the property's availability. Beds were great, everything was as indicated. Only had time really to sleep, hence the importance of comfortable beds. No chance to check out the Windsor Hills community, as it was was up, be at parks at open, come back, shower, sleep. Repeat. Literally, the only complaint was from my wife: "Needs more than 3 cereal bowls." Kids loved having their own room and showers.

Great location

Property was in a great location, so close to all the parks. The pool was incredible and the kids loved the slides. The pool and hot tub were open late, until 10 each night which was great to go to and relax after a day in the parks

Just ok

The pictures for this listing were not accurate and it could really use a good clean and coat of paint. There was limited dishes for cooking and those that were present were well worn as well as no kettle for tea. The pool was very dirty and despite us asking for it to be cleaned no one came over our 7 night stay. There were also tiny ants and bugs in the kitchen area. The owner was nice and communicated well but overall the stay was very disappointing based on the information. In the listing. Make sure to inquire about pool heat before coming as we thought the pool was heated as it was included in the listing and too late to get it once we arrived.

Large Tubs, Perfect Pool

This property is very convenient for all things fun! It has a beautiful and well-maintained zero entry pool in the gated community, and even offers a grill/store for the essentials! We spent an entire day at the community pool, and were able to eat good food and the best kid's meals without having to make an extra trip. The home itself is very open when you first walk in. I enjoyed having my bedroom on the bottom floor, separate from the other two on the second level. It has a private washing machine and dryer (which is a must), and it's own pool in back. The tubs were nice and clean, and a favorite for my young family. I had a couple of questions while staying there and I received immediate responses from both the property manager and welcome center staff. I will stay here again (unless it's booked up, of course)!

Good stay near WDW

The condo was in a very nice resort. We did not spend much time there, most of our time being spent at WDW. Beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and appointed as advertised. One of our family used the pool and it was fine. I would certainly stay here again.

Not clean, accomodations not as described

The place was very dirty. I inquired ahead of time about cleanliness because I have a medically complex son and this stay was a for a few days extending his wish trip. I was assured it would be clean. On arrival, the toilets had straps on them saying they were disinfected. Upon removal of the strap, there was hair with gunk stuck to the seat. No way was the toilet cleaned. It was late at night when we got in so I went to use the kid's bathroom, and there were lots of little hairs on the floor. We also found the trundle was broken (we have 6 kids, which were all put on the reservation). And we didn't have bedding for the pull-out couch. They knew there were 8 of us staying there. So my husband and son slept on the pull-out couch with no blanket for 2 of the 3 nights. The pool was also dirty and smelled bad and was unusable. I emailed the address in the paperwork that night, and texted the phone number early the next morning. No response until an email later in the day that gave me a different name and phone number than the property manager in the paperwork. She was kind and apologetic, but by the time I got her info it was too late for her to do anything. So she couldn't have a new cleaner come or bring us bedding until the next day. So basically 2 of our 3 days were in a dirty house without proper accomodations. The whole house is in desperate need of new flooring, paint, etc. There was quite a bit of dirt, handprints, etc. all over the walls and doors. Still, I could overlook all that, but I could not overlook the hairs on the floor and the hair stuck in gunk on the top of the toilet seat, couldn't miss it, even though the seat had a "disinfected" strap on it. That is just unacceptable. They did clean better when they came the day before we checked out, but we were checking out early the next morning. I have requested a partial refund or some kind of compensation and the owner has not responded.
