Need a family vacation that takes you away from the crowded summer beaches? High Pointe Resort is located in SeaCrest - Rosemary beach area. One of the most convenient and popular locales, yet it is a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Unlike other Condos along this spectacular stretch of the Emerald Coast, The High Pointe Condo complex overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with an enormous 6,500 square foot lagoon pool with island waterfalls, hot tub, kiddie pool, kiddie playground, shuffleboard court, tennis and pickleball courts and Crabby Steve's Bar and Grill (SEASONAL March 1 - October 31) overlooking the Gulf where you can gather with your friends and enjoy a meal or have a drink while watching the beautiful sunsets. With the gigantic pool and large private beach, you won’t have to worry about feeling crowded like at other overpopulated high rise Condos. Our spacious condo is beautifully furnished in a modern setting and each of the three bedrooms has it's own private bathroom. There are two king beds, and two double beds. Each of the bedrooms has a 40" HDTV and Blu-ray player and in addition to the 65" HDTV and Blu-ray Player in the living room. You’ll enjoy the luxury of having a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for any kind of cooking and plenty of dishes and silverware. For the internet fan, there is free high speed wireless internet access. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking. The living room opens directly to the lagoon pool and it is a short stroll across the pool to the Gulf and is perfect for keeping an eye on kids and/or a quick, hassle-free dip in the pool or Gulf with the beach chairs, table and umbrella and two bicycles are INCLUDED in the rental rate (SEASONAL March 1 - October 31). There is shopping and dining right across the street from the resort and the quaint shops of Rosemary Beach are only a block away. Book it to join the sun and fun or just relax on your well deserved vacation. We are committed to making our guest accommodations pleasing and comfortable. Great location and Amenities!
We had to make last minute changes to our travel plans due to a hurricane, and I'm so glad we founds this place! Great location and amenities. We were able to walk to lots of things in & around Rosemary Beach. The shopping center across the street had lot of conveniences like coffee, restaurants, ice cream, a market and much more (including live music at night). The unit was well-equipped and couldn't beat the beach access. We also really enjoyed having a restaurant on site - we had several meals and happy hours there! It was our first time to this area and we would definitely come back! Communication with the owner was great - he provided a lot of info ahead of our arrival, and was helpful to work with on our last minute plans.

I have lost count of the number of times we have enjoyed this property and having Dwight as a host. The location is prime and we love High Pointe. The host is fantastic and always responsive. Sometimes that is rare with VRBO.

Perfect for a girls weekend!
I stayed here with four of my girlfriends and we were blown away by the cleanliness of the property and the beautiful decor throughout the condo. The rooms were spacious and comfortable which we loved! The sectional in the living room was amazing for our movie night and beyond comfy. The location was even better than we expected and it was so nice to have so much within walking distance. We also loved being on the first floor and so close to the pool! The beach front access was also only a few steps further and the beach attendants were very accommodating! We were sad to leave & can’t wait to come back!

We loved this home and property for our family vacation! The location is amazing. We enjoyed the beach (so close!), the pool, Crabby Steve's, and proximity to shopping and dining. Convenient location to pool. Loved first floor access. Great area outside patio for small children to toddle. Beach and weather were fabulous. Had a group of 51 spread throughout complex, but met up frequently at pool and beach. Condo well furnished and kitchen well supplied. Fabulous trip. We’d come back.

30A Vacay
This was a return trip to this unit. Our family of 6 loves the size and convenience of the ground floor condo. We used the bikes, chairs and umbrella that are included in the rental. The kitchen is well stocked and starter paper and cleaning goods were provided. Beds and linens are comfortable and towels are thick and fluffy. Our 8 year old grandchild loved the lazy river pool. His parents enjoyed the convenience of Crabby Steve’s. You could easily unpack your car and never get back in it until time to leave for home. Even the security folks at this complex are pleasant! We highly recommend this unit at High Pointe.

Fantastic stay on 30A!! Dwight‘s place is incredible, the best location in the area! Patio opens to pool and short walk down to ocean with the most amazing sand, two chairs and an umbrella ready to go!! The condo is very nice but also comfortable. Perfect!! Lots of room. Very clean. The only thing that could be improved would be if the property’s pool was heated, it’s very chilly, the last few spring breaks we’ve stayed. Hard for kiddos. Spend lots of time in hot tub! Excited to go back!!

Great location!
We enjoyed our stay. Dwight was responsive and a great communicator. The first floor unit was great with kids… easy access to the pool and beach. The hot tub was out of service all week which was disappointing. The pool is definitely not heated, so we didn’t use it- much too cold for even our kids who don’t mind cooler water! For the price, it would be nice having paper products supplied for the week, and we really would’ve enjoyed having beach toys for the kids! There was one shovel that was probably left by a previous guest which our kids enjoyed, but having things to make sandcastles would’ve been great since its hard to bring beach toys and also beach towels when traveling by plane. The wrist bands were a pain wearing all over the property because they are one size fits all- but we worked around that by putting them on our bags. The included bike rental was a pain to start and took us at least 45 minutes to find out what we had to do and where we had to go- the bikes were not well kept and had fat tires and the locks didn't work on them. Overall, we would recommend High Pointe, and hope to return.
