Nous louons un appartement avec vue sur la mer et sur le meilleur emplacement de l'ßle. Si vous cherchez à vous échapper du tumulte des hÎtels, notre maison est le meilleur choix. Ocean view apartment B est l'un de nos deux appartements avec vue sur l'océan pour les couples. Appartement B est le plus grand appartement pour les couples que nous avons dans la maison. Cuisine spacieuse et entiÚrement équipée avec cuisiniÚre, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et cafetiÚre avec filtres à café, salle de bains avec douche spacieuse, salle de séjour avec hamac confortable pour votre détente et chambre climatisée avec vue sur l'océan. Appartement B a également une terrasse avec barbecue et confortable assis avec parasol et chaises longues.

BEACH WHITE VILLA ARUBA est situĂ©e en face de 3 plages, au sommet du quartier rĂ©sidentiel le plus prestigieux d’Aruba, Arashi. Google maps: Catalina Cove
L'emplacement est par les plus belles plages qui sont Boca Catalina, Catalina Cove
(qui est la meilleure zone de plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e sur aruba) et la plage d'Arashi a une eau cristalline et du sable blanc. Notre maison est situĂ©e Ă  5 km des hĂŽtels de grande hauteur qui constituent la rĂ©gion avec toutes les attractions touristiques, nous sommes donc au calme. L’un des sites de plongĂ©e les plus populaires, le navire Antilla Wreck, est visible depuis la maison. Notre maison se trouve Ă©galement Ă  environ 1,5 km de la planche Ă  voile, du kite-surf et de diffĂ©rents types de sports nautiques. En outre, les premiers casinos sont situĂ©s Ă  environ 1,5 km de la maison.
La rĂ©sidence privĂ©e au 3Ăšme Ă©tage est (170 m2 = 1. 550 sq. Ft.) Il a une entrĂ©e sĂ©parĂ©e, une grande cuisine, 4 chambres Ă  coucher, 3 salles de bain, une immense terrasse, entiĂšrement meublĂ©, climatisation et une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat dans chaque piĂšce . Un magnifique patio pouvant ĂȘtre utilisĂ© pour le barbecue, les repas et mĂȘme la douche offre une vue magnifique sur les zones de divertissement et les plages de l'hĂŽtel.

This is the greatest location! We love to snorkel and saw sea turtles several days. The accommodations were just what we needed and the location was perfect!

Relaxing and Wonderful Stay

What an incredible location and villa! We stayed in Villa B! Beautiful location across from a beach and turtle snorkeling! The owner was responsive to all questions and requests! We rented snorkeling gear and beach chairs for the week. The pool, while not large, was perfect for taking a dip to cool off. We are already making plans to return next year.

Excellent place to stay in Aruba

This place was excellent for my wife and I to enjoy Aruba. The house was perfect and clean. No worries about security or location. It’s in a wealthy neighborhood and about 10 minute drive to all the restaurants. It really is across the street from the best snorkeling in Aruba. If you book an excursion that is where they will take you. I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Aruba.

Perfect location

The house is located in a perfect spot. A short walk to 2 great beaches for snorkeling and swimming/tanning. The area is in the "millionaire row" section of the island. It felt super safe. We didn't even lock the kitchen/bathroom area.

The location was fabulous. The unit was clean however my towel was full of filthy stains which I did exchange for a cleaner one. The staff was responsive to our needs and quickly replaced a flickering fluorescent bulb in the kitchen. The kitchen supplies were old and can opener was very rusty. The unit was unique in that while the bedroom could be locked, the rest of the unit including kitchen, dining area and bathroom, were completely accessible from anyone on the outside. While I did get used to it I never completely felt safe..I did enjoy the beautiful view from my terrace and looked forward to having my breakfast while enjoying the site of the ocean. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

2nd stay and we will be back

We really enjoy snorkeling and this is the perfect location for that. This is our 2nd time staying here, the first time was with a group and we were on the top floor in the 4 bedroom unit. This time it was just the 2 of us so we were in unit B, a one bedroom. You hear one bedroom and you think small, well don't think that. There was a huge kitchen, a large dining and living area, and a massive bedroom. Way more space than we needed, but certainly nice for spreading out. For example, there was a couch in the living area and another one in the bedroom. We also had a fabulous view of the water. We will be back.

Great vacation at a great location

We satyed at Apt B for 10 days and loved it! Thw view from our patio was amazing! We usually travel and do all Inclusive vacations, but this time we decided to do an apartment instead. This was a great choice for us because we are total beach people, just relaxing and snorkeling is our thing. The beach across the street was rocky, but beautiful for snorkeling! If you like more sandy beach you can walk to the south just a little ways and walk in. Just to the north, a very short drive, is Arashi beach, very beautiful and lots of sand! We explored a lot of the beaches along the coast, our favorite was a swim over from Boca Catalina to Tres Trapi where the turtles swim. This is all within walking or swimming distances of the house, so Great Location!! There was only 1 thing that was a little different and that is that you have to walk out of the bedroom (which is air conditioned) to the outside dining room, and then to the bathroom. This is unusual but it was ok. The hosts were great, we mainly talked with Mike, who not only is very nice to talk to, but very knowledgeable about the island, so if you have questions he can probably answer them. We believe if you chose this location you will love it as we did.

Excellent place to stay!

The location was perfect—right by the best snorkeling beach on the island! And Asashi beach was just a quick walk down the street as well with the Beach Shack. 👍 Veronica communicated so well—we had everything we needed. The place was open and we loved that—and air conditioning in the bedroom was wonderful and a necessity! We will come back!!

BEAUTIFUL FUN SPOT

What a great place!! The home was fun and had everything you need. My only tiniest peeve was that we had to rent the beach chairs. Most other rentals have chairs and cooler provided. That was not a deal breaker for us we would consider staying here again because of the location and gorgeous home.

Perfect for Snorkeling Trip

Excellent apartment, property, and hosts. Everything was as described and the location across the street from Boca Catalina Beach was wonderful (fun snorkeling). The private outdoor area 2 person hammock and loungers pointing at the ocean were a treat. The bed was comfortable, a/c in main room/bedroom was great. You can quickly walk up to Arashi Beach and theres a decent casual eatery there. One thing to note is that you have to walk across the private covered patio to get to the kitchen and bathroom so sometimes you have to plan ahead to cover up. Saw turtles early day at Tres Trapi Beach, had sunset dinner at Italian place at base of California Lighthouse. A great spot indeed. Neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Great location & views

Beach was across the street and loved having coffee on our deck looking out onto the turquiose water. Def need a car for this location. Older home with tons of charm. No one ever used the pool, but us, so that was a bonus!

Clean, safe, fulfilled our needs

Here for my sister's wedding. Clean, large, historic space that was a little bit of a funky but fun layout. Easy access to beach. Parking always available. Full kitchen. Wifi signal sufficient to work, play youtube video movies, browse for things to do. Host very responsive to a couple small requests/issues. Only cons were the linens. Could have used newer, softer bath and beach towels. Would stay here again if we visit! Thanks Veronika!
