Casa Dora is in the Southwest of Aruba; in a safe and quiet residential area, yet close to the tourist crowds. Within a 9-minute walk you are on Palm Beach Boulevard. Here are all the major hotels (Marriott, Hilton, Ritz Carlton, etc.), large shopping centers and everything that comes with it is nearby.
Think of casinos, beach bars, luxury shops, restaurants, nightlife, promenades, etc.
Water sports - such as windsurfing, sailing cruises, kitesurfing, parasailing, sailing, paddle boarding - all within walking distance. You must go a little further for the beautiful snorkeling spots. You will not be disappointed with our beautiful underwater world!

Living room:
This cozy living room is equipped with all modern conveniences. A nice selection of comfortable furniture and colorful decorations will make you feel right at home! Free unlimited Wi-Fi, a safe and a flat screen TV for your convenience.
Books & Netflix are available for a lazy moment 'at home'. All rooms have air conditioning, but this is not always necessary with our trade winds blowing through. The entire house breathes the atmosphere of our colorful Caribbean! You will immediately feel at home.

Kitchen:
The large living room has an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, such as a large stove with oven and a refrigerator with freezer. As well as a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster and much more! 4 people can comfortably eat or play games at the dining table. Upon arrival, a basic supply of coffee, tea, spices and cold water is available for you.

Bedrooms:
Our 2 bedrooms have individual air conditioning. The master bedroom is stylishly furnished and has a door to the courtyard. You will sleep like a royal in the Queen-size box spring! Bedside tables, chest of drawers, side table/desk with chair completes it.
The second bedroom is slightly smaller and has a comfortable bed (160x200cm), a large cupboard wall and a blackout roller blind to block out the bright sun.
All bed linen is provided free of charge.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is not spacious, but has a large shower with hot water, a sink and a toilet. There is plenty of storage space for all your toiletries and a hairdryer is provided. All towels are included.

Outside & garden:
Completely fenced, beautifully landscaped garden with a small swimming pool. A barbecue, an outdoor terrace and two hammocks for your relaxing moments and family dinners.
You can find a washing machine in a covered outdoor area on the side of the house.
We provide a cool box and beach chairs.

HOUSE RULES
We're not there to meet you during check-in. There is a key-box with a code at the entrance. Keys to gate and front door are in this key box. Code will be provided close to arrival date.
Guests need to be independent; hosts/owners do not live at/on the property. We will be available 24/7 by phone, email or whats-app for questions or emergencies. We will visit personally if requested or if needed.
If necessary, your rental car can be parked in the street next to the property.

Please treat our house as it was your own. Be responsible and honest. We trust you with our property.
