Come stay and relax with your whole family and/or friends at our beautiful home. It is located 4 miles from Sardis Lake and 1.4 miles off of I-55. 27 miles from Oxford (Ole Miss), 35 miles from Southaven (The Landers Center and Tanger Outlet Mall), 15 miles from Senatobia ball field, and 8 miles from Batesville (Convention Center and Wal-Mart). Our house is located in the woods outside of city limits but close to several amenities. Our home accommodates 13 people comfortably. Staying at our house for Ole Miss activities would be a perfect location. You will find that the house has 5 bedrooms (6 queen beds and 1 Twin Bed), 3 full baths, and a closed in 2 level deck - one covered and one open with a gate that allows access to the back yard. A gas grill is located on the covered deck for easy access from kitchen. The property provides a spacious yard with front circle drive. Plenty space for boat parking in the wooded/shaded yard. Circle drive allows easy parking of trailers in the graveled side parking space. Deer and Turkey have been seen regularly in the yard.

Great home!

We enjoyed staying at this property. There was plenty room for the 8 of us - enough bedrooms, enough bathrooms and a large kitchen table where we sat and played games. We also enjoyed the back deck and the woodsy setting. It was a great property for our weekend getaway.

Beautiful Home

This house was perfect for 2 families that came for the Egg Bowl. Spacious, beautifully decorated, quiet area and about 30 minutes to campus. We all loved this house and plan to stay here again.

This little gem was tucked into a wooded area and provided a peaceful experience for my family and I. The owner went above and beyond with the coffee, snacks and pantry supplies in the event you may have forgotten something. We were able to sleep our kids and younger adults upstairs and couples downstairs. We brought along a small TV for the kids to play video games upstairs. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 kids. We kids rotated through the living room, but gave the kids first preference since there were no TV's upstairs. The house is driving distance to Sardis Lake, Dollar general and a local fish restaurant. It's only 10 minutes from Batesville, MS.

Our home state is Missouri. We love to go fishing at Sardis Lake. We enjoy sharing our home with others so they can experience the peaceful and quiet location while only being a short drive to the lake, Ole Miss activities, or city life of Batesville or Memphis.

Why they chose this property

Our home is conveniently located just off of I-55 and only 4 miles from Sardis Lake. It is surrounded by large tall timber where we have seen deer and turkeys in the yard. Sitting off of Mississippi 315 allows easy location and access for single vehicle travelers or a group of fishermen and their boats. Circle drive allows easy access in and out of the property.

What makes this property unique

Country Cottage is a large spacious home that has a lot to offer. It has 5 bedrooms (sleeps 13) and 3 baths. Two decks located out back from kitchen where guests can relax on the patio furniture and enjoy a quiet wooded atmosphere. There is plenty of room for friends and family to move around freely. Main level bedrooms are large with walk in closets. An office space (free wifi provided) is located upstairs for those needing room to work. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes needed to cook a delicious meal even for a large group. A Coffee bar is provided for guest to enjoy during their stay. A gas grill is located on the covered back deck for guests to use.
