  • A great property that is managed extremely well.

"This is a really nice place that is conveniently located and managed extremely well. Super close to the square (less than 5 min. walk). Incredibly comfortable and well maintained. Great parking. I will book this place every time I need to visit Oxford."

  • lovely home!

"Didn't realize my husband had already left a review but I thought I'd share my two cents! haha! We were in town for our daughter's graduation and didn't want to spend 3 nights at the Super 8. We wanted to visit and relax with our out of town family and have a little get together with some of my daughter's friends and their families. The home is located on a spacious corner lot in a newer subdivision not far from campus, Jackson Avenue or downtown Oxford. The backyard was great and perfect for a party! Comfortable patio furniture, a grill and a fire pit (the temps dipped into the mid-50's that night and we put that fire pit to good use!). We brought some yard games to play in the grassy area on the side of the house but the home owners also had a closet full of board games for our use. As my husband mentioned, the owners left clear instructions for arrival/departure and had a handy manual which included info on everything from how to use the TV to WiFi code to area attractions and nearby restaurants and shops. The owners communicated very well and even left a sweet graduation note for my daughter and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. Everything was clearly labeled, easy to find and easy to use. The master bedroom was large (we had plenty of floor space to lay out our luggage) with double sinks in the master bath. Living room, kitchen, dining area were all well appointed and comfortable. The second bedroom was a nice size although the third bedroom does currently have a crib and changing table, the homeowners offered an air mattress which was just fine for our teenager. The second bathroom was conveniently located off the main living area near the second and third bedrooms. The home is incredibly warm and inviting and beautifully decorated. All of our party guests staying over at the Holiday Inn or the Hampton were kind of envious 😉 and mentioned several times that they never thought about renting a home while in Oxford. If our younger daughter plans on attending Ole Miss (keeping our fingers crossed!!), we would definitely rent the house again for football weekends, Double Decker, graduation, etc!!"

  • Cozy Condo - Great location!!

"We loved our stay at Adam's condo for the Auburn game. He was very attentive in making sure everything was to our liking and available to answer questions. Location was ideal for getting to commercial area on Jackson and walking to stadium. We brought a collapsible wagon to haul stuff to The Grove. Extra comfy beds and linens. One king room and two queens in other bedroom. We were a party of 6 adults that was family so we were ok with sharing a bedroom and bathroom. Condo was very well stocked like home. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!"
